Most of us have heard the silly rumors about MDMA and LSD staying in the users spinal cord after use and it can cause back problems or cracking your back can release left over substances, reintroducing that drug to your body for a little while.

But I notice when I take MDMA, and Adderall in particular, I can crack my knuckles and my back and my neck MUCH more frequently than when I'm not using. It seems like I could crack my neck fully each and every time I do it pretty frequently on Adderall but once sober I can only crack my neck a few times a day and same with my knuckles.

So my question/concern is; does Adderall have any effect on my joints making them easier to crack more often?

I would like to know this as well. I am not sure if it makes my knuckles able to be cracked more, or if I am geeking and try to pop them more. I have a somewhat strange addiction to cracking my middle finger once every 10 minutes or so when I am high... Usually on stimulants, but even on heroin and such I will constantly pop my knuckles.

Yeah I have the tic of doing it often but I notice when I'm on speed I can do it much more often and it feels great so I'm not complaining but I just wonder what it is. Any similar experiences or theories are appreciated

I looked this up before; I'm pretty sure there's numerous reason this could happen, but with amphetamines it usually comes from dehydration if I remember correctly.
