Misc Adderall 18hrs after Tramadol

If I were to take 150mg Tramadol now, would it be safe to take 30-50mg Adderall in about 18 hours? I think the only interaction would be with Tramadol's serotoginic effects and not the metabolite O-desmethyltramadol. The half life of tramadol is ~6 hours, so would I still have ~12.5% remaining or would it all have cleared? I have no tolerance to opiates and little if any tolerance to amphetamines.
 
Yes, it would be safe.

Tramadol is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor so you may want to wait a day for best effects.
