(Adderall 100+ mg, DXM 240mg, Guaifenesin 4800mg)- Intermediate user- Mucinex DM Trip

This is my first trip report so forgive me if it?€™s not perfect.

I?€™m on my fourth day of an Adderall binge with little sleep. Nothing strange has happened yet except for the normal tweakish behavior (high amounts of energy, focus, and losing track of time) and mild hallucinations that accompany sleep deprivation (mainly shadow people) It was around 5 in the morning and I?€™ve just finished a snorting line of adderall totaling my amount at 100mg for the night. I decide to trip on DXM since my high right now is very boring and I want something to do. I go to my medicine cabinet hoping I still have some robotussin but all I find is Mucinex DM which has 30 mg DXM and 600mg Guaifenesin per tablet. After doing some research and finding no serious side effects of a Guaifenesin overdose I start crushing up the 8 pills to get rid of the time release mechanism, put the powder in tissues and parachute it all at once.
T. 0.00 Tweaked out on the adderall with a nasty taste in my mouth from Mucinex so I start reading trip reports online and wait for it to kick in.
T. 0.30 I start feeling relaxed and my head feels like it weighs 50lbs so I turn on my blacklight and start listening to music and just sit and wait. I notice that the music sounds even better and clearer than on a normal amphetamine high.
T. 0.45 I have a really good body high and my vision starts pulsating, I?€™m very relaxed but I start feeling the comedown from the adderall so I rail another 10mg line to keep me going.
T. 1.00 I?€™m experiencing a massive body high that seems even stronger than my experiences with ecstasy, I feel relaxed to a point where it takes great effort to move. I put in some chew and sit on my bed with my back against the wall and watch my curtains as they start moving with the music moving side to side like a wave. Getting bigger and smaller. I stare in amazement and enjoy the ride.

T. 1.30 My muscles are so relaxed I almost cannot move, I?€™m having tingling sensation up and down my body. I notice it?€™s hard to keep my mouth shut due to the high amount of relaxation I?€™m feeling. Whenever my music pauses between songs I can hear the sound of an ocean along with peoples voices.

T. ??? From this point on I just lay in the same spot on my bed unable to move or keep track of time, I watch as daylight starts peeking through my curtains. I start getting a headache which accompanies the comedown from adderall but I?€™m unable to move. Finally I fall asleep.

I did some research and found that in high doses Guaifenesin is used as a muscle relaxer. I feel that this explains the body high and extreme relaxation that accompanied my DXM trip. Overall I feel that physically it was the greatest high I?€™ve experienced but I?€™ve definitely tripped harder mentally.

be careful combining amp and DXM. Very hard on the heart.

I must agree i never took such a high amount of dxm because i do not like that type of high i get paranoid because of my high anxiety level. One thing i do know is dxm is the most potent NDMA antagonist and is the most effective enhancer of adderall as well as the best tolerance reducer. I usually take about 60mgs with my adderall and notice an increase in the body high. That is because to answer your question it was not the guaf that caused the relaxation. it was the dxm because it also works and binds to opiate receptors in the brain as well and causes smooth muscle contraction through out the body thats why its prescribed for mucus and a chest congestion because it contracts and dilates the muscles and vessels in your body. That is why you get the warm sensation. But its bad on the heart because it actually speeds itup by the contraction. while at the same time the adderall constricts it. So your heart does not know what to do and its actually worse than a Speed ball because atleast with a speed ball all its doing is making your heart beat faster from th speed from nervous system stimulation like the adderall. But just basic opiates slow the bodily functions down by a different region of the brain that controls everything else. It has not direct effect on the contraction of the heart muscle so becareful next time i have known alot of people to OD of this combo quicker than any other

Hmmm the intense body high definitley was not from the guaifenesin but the 100mg of adderall and the 240mg of dxm! Do you experiment with dxm often? For a user who does not dose too often 240mg can be an intense experience especially with adderall in the system (very dangerous) and most likely zero food.

Dxm is a great drug man try some more combos and you can reach unrealll euphoria. Be carfeul though beause it interacts dangerously with multiple meds.

Hi hooked i feel you man. I been taking the adderall for almost a year and i can go through 200mgs a day easily, because my tolerance i really do not get that extreme euphoria i first got. But i do get the focus and speed that i like and a decent body high. But the levo- side effects no matter how high your tolerance is at a dose of adderall 175mgs or better your going to have side effects. Thats why im Glad i get xanax xr 3 mg tabs 2x a day so im prescribed 6mg's of xanax a day. i usually never take that high of a dose i do have anxiety. And its great to smooth out the effects of the adderall if you get to jittery. I like the dxm and adderall i would only take about 90ms's of dxm tops with my adderall cuz i take so much adderall. But its the best enhancer so far. But even at 90mgs' with my anxiety i start getting trippy which in turn leads to paranoia. Than i start googling and people saying mixing adderall and dxm will kill you it will stop your heart ect. And i start feeling my heart race. lol its mainly psychological. As long as you know your limits, And you do it in moderation everything will be fine.

i would really reccomend next time trying it without the adderal and also try to get the robotussin without any guaf just straight dxm, try the robotussin cough gels thoes always seem to be the easiest to get down for me and they really do the trick. but be careful at high enough doses a dxm trip can get reallly *weird* , weird being the only word i can describe it as haha
