ADD content quality

Hello,

Have the ADD mods gone on vacation? The signal to noise ratio is very low right now. The shit threads need to be moved or deleted, not just locked. Where are atara and vecktor?

We've got threads about drinking piss in there. Poor chemical and pharmacological information is getting posted (even by moderators of other sections). "A mod" suggested the other day that the lungs can metabolize compounds because they have a large surface area and there's a lot of oxygen in them. Stupidity! The lungs aren't Pd/C.

Please help!
 
I recommend using the Report Feature and reporting any "shit threads" you see so they can be brought to the attention of the senior staff, who can take care of those issues as well.
 
On the right-hand side of each post window there are three buttons, one that looks like two pieces of paper next to each other, one that looks like two boxes next to each other and one that looks like an early 1980s PC. The first one (the pieces of paper one) is the report button.

It looks like this:

To report a post, click that button and then you'll be prompted to provide information about the post you're reporting. Be as exact as possible. Using the report function will bring the issue up the entire Bluelight staff, allowing pressing issues to be dealt with immediately.
 
Its on top of every post opposite where it says the time and date on the right hand side (little image)
 
I don't have those buttons. Maybe, it's the way I've got firefox set up.

Edit: holy crap. It just showed up..
 
We're going to continue to close rather than delete threads though (as exemplars of threads violating our guidelines are useful instructional tools).

We've all been surfing. Vecktor just showed me how to turtle roll the other week. I'm sure we'll be back more for the winter.
