I'm asking the fucking questions!
What do I do for it? Was not too bad but has gotten very very bad on my back and doesn't seem to be getting any better. Turned up during pct. Any otc I can use that actually work? Or will I just go request accutane from the doc?

Topical erythromycin worked for more than a year for me. My face was very clear. Stopped working recently so I got topical tretinoin a week ago. Works quite quickly. I get everything otc here lol. Accutane will affect your lipid profile... Not something you want to happen when using steroids. B5 megadosing works well for some people but i got hairloss from it so I stopped. If I were you I'd leave accutane as a last solution. You got no hair lol so you could try the b5 thing.

Erythromycin is an antibiotic.. legal for sure but idk if you need a prescription. Accutane is isotretinoin so tretinoin works nearly the same as accutane. Legal too but I guess you need a prescription for it

Show us a picture.

I only ever got it on my back. Guido tells me that taking an AI during your cycle should help reduce it. I always thought that it was free test binding with other parts of your body other than skeletal muscle. I guess it has to do with test binding to estrogen? Guido, learn me!

Cetaphil helps. Panoxyl bar will too. Benzoyle peroxide.

Coconut Oil- Coconut oil is antibacterial and antifungal. Coconut oil is also extremely moisturizing and gentle. It helps fight the bacteria and reduce redness. Apply the coconut oil to your skin and massage it in. You can reapply a couple times per day. With coconut oil, there is no need to ever use a moisturizer again, it works so well and doesn’t clog your pores

Tea tree oil is an essential oil and can be a very powerful all natural remedy for acne, as it is antibacterial. To apply it, mix a small amount of tea tree oil with an equal amount of water. Dip a cotton ball into the mixture and apply it to your skin.

Neem Tree is one wonderful tree with tons of medicated values. The neem products like neem oil and neem powder just do critical magic’s in acne treatments. If you have chosen neem oil, take few drops and apply it on the acne directly. If the case is with neem powder, mix it with enough water to get a smooth thick paste. Now, apply this thick paste on the pimples and leave it over-night. Wash off in the morning

Witch hazel is a natural astringent with some anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and cheap... works well to.

Over all, any thing that is natural and astringent will help, I like the Tea Tree Oil best, but add a little of the neem and witch hazel, and you got your self a nice scrub there just be sure that after you scrub you wash very well, and then use the coconut oil and or any of the following vitamin e oil, cocoa butter, jojoba oil or any of your favorite moisturizers as the which hazel, and other astringents will dry out the skin ( and the oil, fungus microbes and what have you that caused the acne )

These are just a few of my favorite natural products, now if your Acne is serious you may need to see a Dr. in order to sort your self out. Any way I hope that helps Nolys ~cheers mate

My last cycle I got some pretty bad acne towards the end and during PCT. I used B5 around 10-15g per day for it. Took about 10 days before I could notice a difference but it actually cleared up a bit. I wish I had known about it sooner and had been just using it daily throughout the entire cycle, might have prevented a couple scars.

You won't get Accutane for some bacne bor. Unless your back looks like a fucking pizza littered with cysts and blackheads and white heads you wont get that.

Acne is caused by a bacteria. This bacteria feeds on sebum. Increased sebum production from hormone use gives the bacteria food to feed on so they multiply and expel fatty acids as a waste product that causes inflammation in the sebaceous glands

For starters invest to a back brush for the shower. Next buy a generic brand acne wash, later up the brush and brush your back.

You will want to shower daily.

Try an antibiotic like Erythromycin or Doxycycline. They will reduce the acne population on the skin.

You can take it a step further by limiting sebum production by using B5. It's a treatment many have had success with. You take anywhere from 8-10 grams of B5 a day until acne starts vanishing, then lower the dosage down to 4-5 grams a day as a maintenance dose. Be sure to take B Complex Vitamin because B5 causes the levels of other B vitamins in the body to lower so you need to compinsate for that with supplementation.

Accutane should be used as a last resort. It's a really nasty fucking drug that's been banned in most countries because it leads to serious health problems. Exhaust every other option before using Accutane.

My back does look like a pepperoni pizza its fucking disgusting, its actually so fucking bad, I don't want any creams or scrubs they irritate me,
Ill deffo try the b5, can I ask how much that stuff is roughly? If it comes in tabs or powder? And how long it takes to start working and roughly how long it will take altogether? I'm guessing a few months or so before it clears up altogether, I'm going doctors tomorrow to get some antibiotics hopefully, I'd rather just get accutane, I know its toxic as fuck but my back is fucked I'm afraid to take my t shirt on in front of anyone, I won't even sleep without a t shirt at night, my girlfriend says she doesn't mind it but I don't care I can't stand it.

If I can get accutane I'm taking it without even thinking of the consequences its actually that bad.
Ill just know next cycle to shower x2 per day and 4g b5 to hopefully control it.
Any other tablets I can take I don't like creams and rubs?

B5 is relatively cheap, just google "Pantothenic Acid bulk powder" and get it from a supplier in powder form. Capsule form is going to be more convenient but a lot more expensive.

For me it took about 10 days to notice a difference but the majority of my acne was cleared up within a month. Everyone is different.

On a related note, and this more anecdotal than anything, but I used to suffer a bit of bacne when not using hormones. My GF read in a book about wheat that cultures that don't harvest and consume wheat don't get acne. I thought it was one of her hippy life-tangents that she tends to go on (she was vegetarian for like 6 weeks lol), but I figured I'd give it a try. I went on a gluten-free diet for about a month and my "normal" bacne went away completely. Sort of strange. There were a couple of other benefits I noticed like more energy overall too. I believe the book was called "Wheat Belly." It may be worth looking into.

I'm not a fan of using antibiotics for acne unless you have a serious infection happening. The antibiotics will kill your native immune system and then the bacteria will just come back in force later.

The antibiotics I use are topical. They don't usually burn or irritate my skin. Topical accutane or tretinoin means less side effects than the pills, I noticed results in just 2 days after using tretinoin. B5 is like 15 bucks for 250x500mg. Shops don't usually have it in powder, you can get it from amazon. Accutane dries your skin by itself so you won't need the b5 if you choose to use accutane.

I have no evidence either way but I'd be concerned that the antibiotics are absorbed transdermally. And either way you are still killing all of the natural flora that inhabit your skin. Most people I know who have done long-term external antibiotics end up developing yeast infections and other imbalances.

Not trying to scare to disuade you, just want you to have all the facts. Acne really is a result of the internal condition of the body and certain lifestyle changes can often mitigate it.

Bro, if your back is like pizza and has open sores and all that nasty shit then by all means go with the Accutane. Nobody should have to be embarrassed to take their shirt off. See if your doctor will prescribe it. If they don't they can fuck themselves and you can buy it online and even getting a proper dosing schedule/protocol from the net. You will have to avoid 17a oral steroids though and you wont be able to have even a beer.

Basically you will just have to get some chapstick and an organic moisturizer for your face and body with the Accutane and you will be good.

Accutane works so damn well. Tried all the creams/moisturizers/etc Nothing ever worked for my acne until I took accutane for about 5 months...it's been about 2-3 months since I last took it and I only wash my face with hot water and occasionally soap. I had two pimples the week I stopped but since then nothing, not even blackheads. It also cleared my scares or atleast let them heal.

Only downside is my lips were so goddamn chapped 24/7, and I have chapped lips normally without taking it so I suggest getting aquafor cream.

I've heard most people stay clear for about a year maybe a couple years, and you can always take it again.

I seriously love it.

I wouldn't use Accutane. I wouldn't recommend anyone else use it either.
I used it for about 6 weeks and my skin was so dry and cracked it bled. It looked worse than the acne.
The best thing I have found is like another poster put up and that is a brush with a really good over the counter product.
I don't have one of those clarisonic brushes, just a cheap alternative will do & use a good product.
I used the mario badescu range of acne products and it has done wonders for me, just find something that works for you, but persevere with it, it took me three weeks before any real noticeable difference but now I am completely clear aprt from the odd one now and then!

To keep my back clear I use tea tree oil soap and OTC acne wash that contains salyic acid with a back scrubber. I shower twice a day to get all the sweat and dead skin off my back.

If I have a really bad break out I use Erythromycin, which is an antibiotic. You can get it legally without a script as an aquarium fish antibiotic. It comes in a powder and tastes like electric gasoline. It works great because it not only kill acne bacteria but has anti-inflammation properties.

As far as my face goes I exfoliate daily using an exfoliating scrub, use tea tree oil soap, use a pore refining mask once a week, and apply teat tree oil directly to problem blemishes.

Fucking Guidos and their oily skin. Well known fact, it is.

My bacne isn't even noticeable at the moment. It was bad after my first cycle, but I have a feeling that it's not going to be a huge issue this time. I'm getting more on my shoulders and face than normal, but it's hardly to the extent, that it warrants concern.

Yeah I get it on my shoulders my self Animal Mother; pretty bad at times. But a nice personal hygiene routine helps. I shower 3 times a day once when I wake, once after working out then again before i go to bed. I use a few things at different times a day. After the work out is when i use more astringent stuff. I go to a small herbalist store ( a health food store works to for some of this stuff) to get the things I need and make my own little scrubs( They also have a chick at there that compounds herbal scrubs, shampoos mouth wash and other assorted herbal health and hygiene products for individual people). When I get bacne I GET bacne but ever since I have added a serious skin care routine it has put an end to it( 99% of the time I still have out breaks ). here are a few of my home made homeopathic skin care scrubs ( got them from a few places and books) but they work pretty well:

Morning Scrub
Vitamin E Oil, Jojoba Oil, raw honey and coconut oil. Lemon Essential extract, Lemon zest and Oat meal , Sea Salt ( these three are the exfoliatents ). To make it a little more abrasive Backing soda works great. Of course mixing all of this in a large container with a lil water ( watch it foam) let it settle mix it well to a nice paste ( I blitz the oats in a coffee grinder to a nice medium small grind) It smells nice and if facts smells well tasty ^-^

After Gym Scrub
Vitamin E oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil raw honey. Essential Lemon extract. Lemon Zest, Tee Tree Oil and A touch of Witch Hazel. Sea Salt grape seed. Now this is strong as far as astringents go, witch hazel, coconut, Lemon extract and raw honey are all great for bacteria, they have anti-fungal, and anti microbial properties. As well as adding salt, and lemon zest and grape seeds as the scrubbing elements. The jojoba, coconut, honey and vitamin e goes a long way to south skin. Smells great as well

Night Scrub
Vitamin E oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil raw honey, sea salt, sandal wood oil, milk, aloe. A very nice soothing scrub, easy on the skin not too strong on the scent. They sound girly ( in fact these where recommended to me by the cute hippy chick behind the counter at the health food place I go to ) but they work, and are relatively cheap, and your not blasting your self with chemicals.

I don’t use these all the time but when I have a serious break out, or the beginnings of one or have been on a run of particularly hard training or sweaty weather ect ect these are my go to home remedies. My girl likes they way the smell as well. I have a shit load more of these, different oils and such for different things ( free e book on homeopathic treatments had a huge section on skin care. )Again these have worked for me, and my girl when she runs low on the expensive shit she uses.
