Not sure if I should post in the plugging megathread or what, so please move this if I'm posting in the wrong place. Do you have to be cautious about the amount of tylenol (acetaminophen) in your pills if you are administering them rectally? I need to know this because I decided to try this ROA and my pills have acetaminophen in them, and I used rather a lot. Now I'm worried. Please let me know if I'm at risk for liver failure or anything. Thanks.

Yes, acetaminophen is actually sold in suppository form, it's absorbed from the rectum as well.

Depending on the dose of acetaminophen and whether or not you notice e.g. intense stomach pains, nausea, vomiting, the like, you may want to see a doctor. Don't panic though, it won't do you any good. It takes a lot of acetaminophen to kill a healthy adult, assuming you don't take large doses every day.

Do some math and figure out what your dose is, if it's more than 10gm/24h you should probably consider seeing a doc or at least loading up on N-acetylcystiene.

^xtcgrrrl I used to take Percocet and now take Oxycodone IR (without Acetaminophen). I wish I had known years ago the long (and potentially short) term damage that Tylenol can do. You might want to ask your doctor for plain Oxy. I take Ibuprofen for inflammation pain.
