accidentally took benzatropine or cogentin should i go to the hospital?

Took 3 mg of the shit bcuz some scum tricked me into thinking it was valium. The web says seek medical attention if your heart speeds up or if u are confused but i have panic attacks all the time so i wouldnt be able to tell if its from the cogentin or me panicking. I consumed them about 30 minutes ago.

This resource shows 1-2mg 1-2 times/day (so 1-4mg/day) as the regular dosage. So you're not overdosing. It's possible that you're just paranoid (especially if you were already having a panic attack - one of the prime symptoms of a panic attack is rapid heart beat).

If you feel you're losing control its probably best to seek medical assistance for a panic attack but chances are you'll be just fine.

Yeah i'd definatly be panicky after taking something I didn't have any idea what was!!!
