Anyone here tried it?

It seems pretty efficacious.

I'm studying atm and one of the student services is access to free counselling. I went in for an assessment and the counsellor I spoke with works within the ACT framework.I liked the sound of the mindfulness component and some of the language she was using.

Does any one have any experience with it that they could speak to? Was it effective, interesting, how long it took to get results - anything at all really. I'd be interested to hear thoughts and opinions.
 
I don't have any experience with it but I do with straight mindfulness. I have found that whole experience of inhabiting the observer within to be very powerful.
