Misc About expiry date of opiates and unknown withdrawal?

I was taking A combination of codeine and doxylamine for about 3 weeks, not a problem, I stopped about a week ago, no more cwe just my regular meds. clonaz, dil, pregab and dex. Yes I have real and serious pain!

Im not sure if it was because the tablets are old that is causing this withdrawling feeling, Especially as I haven't been taking it. So what's the acceptable expiry of a codiene/apap/doxylamine tablet, And is there something I could take to stop this. I have taken all my normal meds.

I have a small case of pneumonia atm, As A side note I have long qt (heart prob) and my chest is also in pain/ feels strained. (So the less cardio toxic drugs the better.)

Should I take some Dox could that be causing this really dreadful feeling (similar to fent withdrawals! sweats/ shakes/ want to climb out of skin (really badly)/ feel like all the valium n benzos in the world wont stop this.

Ok thats about the best I can do now. Keep hearing things and having conversations only to realize I am asleep or alone. Temp is rising/falling within minutes.
