After taking an impressively large bong rip, "You know, it's always 4:20 somewhere in the world..." and in my mind state I was awestruck by how profound and true his observation was. Why had no one pointed this out before? It seemed yet another conspiracy to suppress cannabis culture.
Later on I found out it isn't true. But at the time, in my teens, it was true enough.
