A reminder to test your drugs

Thought I share a recent experience of mine as a reminder to test your drugs.

I ordered some ketamine on the darkweb from a vendor generally regarded as reputable, it arrived next day and looked like it should. I had ordered their ket that comes in a rock form and received a single large crystal that looked the right colour and didn't smell of anything.

I crushed it up and because I was looking to launch myself straight into a hole snorted a big line up my snooter, first thing that didn't seem right was the fairly intense burn in my nose, about 15 minutes later I was feeling pretty stimulated and not at all dissociated like I hoped. I was pretty certain at this point that it wasn't ket and looking on the vendors page saw that they also sell 3MMC in a white crystal form.

The 36 hour 3MMC binge that followed was only partly the vendors fault and was more accurately a combination of the fiendish addictiveness of synthetic cathinones and my own lack of willpower. The comedown has been rough and not at all the gentle afterglow I was hoping to get from the ket.

I do normally test my drugs but since ket doesn't seem to have a reagent test that I can find and this vendor was good in the past I didn't bother.

Whoops! That vendor has always been sloppy on packaging and labeling.

It's great 3-MMC though. The rock ket was nice too, mellower and longer lasting than his other stuff so I guess it was racemic.

Hey man. Yeah wedinos is a national institution, best thing in Wales bar the country side. Got some shady ket to send off from the summer that tastes like msg and is blatently levamisole which is the dinkest blandest feeling going.

Got some fake bensensin diaz and xanax at that time too, need to send it off. Necked a strip then the chemically weird taste kicked in.

Realised it was probably that fentanyl analogue and made myself throw it up on the wall of local freemason lodge, as good a place as any.

Have to agree with you on that, I got through 5g in that binge but didn't feel super high if I'm honest. I assumed that was standard for 3mmc and figured 4mmc was just better but maybe it wasn't a great batch.

I always found it underwhelming. I actually believe most "mephedrone" is still actually 3mmc.

Yeh, you could be right there. I've only had supposed mephedrone once, post ban, and it was shite. Led to compulsive redosing without really getting anywhere.


Sometime later, I bought some 3-mmc from a well known but now gone Spanish vendor. It was just the same.

They're both fiendish as fuck. The 3mmc lasts a lot longer and is rollier when you eat it though and I don't normally feel the need to dose for about 3 hours. Snorting it just makes me grind my teeth.

4mmc I've only taken once postban from a UK vendor and yeah the gram was gone in a couple of hours and it turned me into a bit of a degenerate...

All the pre ban mephedrone I had was a white fluffy powder and it seemed to go a lot further. To go through a gram of that stuff in a night would have been unimaginable.

I snorted the lot of this 3mmc, didn't have any empty capsules to eat it. Might explain partly why I thought it was worse.

against my own better advice I've ordered some 4mmc for the weekend. Knowing the vendor I'll receive a bunch of ket instead but I'll do some sort of reagent test this time. 4mmc has a fairly distinctive smell too which helps.

Getting anything new tested is something I know I need to do, but it often feels like quite an ADHD unfriendly task, just to organise getting the forms printed and completed, and getting the samples sent off.

On the meds it's easy, but I only really have enough to cover my working hours, (which can often be quite long) and I'm a bit hesitant about asking for more meds, so that my evenings and days off are also fully covered. I've tended to already start using extra to cover my evenings, which means I have to not have anything, or only one pill, on my days off, to try and make up for the shortfall that would otherwise happen.

The complete lack of energy and motivation I now have on the days that I don't take the meds is quite concerning. I also seem to have maxxed out my modafinil and kratom tolerance, so while they do still help a little bit, they are nothing like as helpful as they were when I didn't have such a tolerance.

Anyway, back on topic, I finally managed to get some more samples sent off today, after having procrastinated on the task for far too long once again. Some time ago, I did the same thing for some Codeine pills that I already knew damn well were going to test as fake, as all other submissions for that brand had done. And with the very long self imposed delay in getting the pills sent off, and then the very long time it took wedinos to publish the result, it was just far too long a time frame to be able to justifiably contact the vendor about a replacement.

I normally seem to be pretty good at getting a good result when contacting vendors with any issues, but this last time I just could not even think of a strong enough argument to be pursuing a complaint about a product so many many weeks after I'd purchased it. I tried one email, and that just got ignored, and I'm just going to have to write that money off. I've binned the fake codeine some time ago.

Word massive props for getting it done. Reagent testing is one thing but getting stuff sent off to the labs is such a hassle. I wish there were more/any places in the UK where you could do drop in testing.

I'm thinking I may start sending my benzos off to wedinos because I only buy them a couple of times a year and it's really getting dangerous out there with all these nitazines popping up in everything.

I'd say it's essential now with the Nitazene situation.

Even though I'm not boshing pills by the multiple blister pack, like I was at one stage, it's still obviously important to get the all clear, as far as anything as dangerous as that goes.
