a mellow high

Guess my thread was closed because I wasn't specific enough or mod just thought it wasn't interesting enough Anyway, my QUESTION was.... is there something that will give that mellow high (like taking the xanax) that will last longer than 30 min?? I was trying to explain how I felt when I took the one xanax. I don't feel like that every time I need to take one. Kind of a hit and miss. I take the xanax for anxiety issues but this morning it was more for recreational use.
