In my search for knowledge, i found this site, it's called The New Bluelight. To the message board i surf with expectations of meaninglessness, selfishness, rudeness, young humor and ignorance. But what i have found instead, is a family linked together through technology.
I lurk in the shadows, posting from time to time, but mostly feasting on this incredible phenomenon. I'm overwhelmed and facinated by this connection you all share - From: drug info galore and vivid descriptions of this scene. To: soul sharing through poems and essays. (so many of you are such excellent writers) To: discussions of serious issues like overdose and death.
I admire your respect and supportiveness of each other. I long to experience it in living color. (i've never been to a rave) Treasure this electronic gathering, your raves all over the globe and especially the friends you've aquired through it all. It brings forth knowledge, wisdom, responsibility, respect, empathy and love for your fellow beings.
It saddens me that this utopia you all live through is such a minority in our world and that for me, it is nothing more than myself and a computer.
