Opioids 80 MG Methadone Wafer?

Honestly, this is going to sound stupid - and I think common sense dictates that there isn't... But just for kicks, let me run this by y'all.

I've been doing a lot of the 40 MG Methadone wafers lately, and it's been good. I know another guy who usually goes down to the clinic, and gets his liquid dose. I think it's somewhere in the range of 120 MG - 130 MG. Anyways, he says he got a take-home "wafer", and that it's 80 MG. I told him I've never heard or even read about such a thing.

He says that his clinic has a compound pharmacist that makes higher dose tablets there, or something crazy like that. I have the whole thing right here in front of me, and it looks pretty similar to a 40. It might be a little more orange than peach, but it's still scored into quarters. It's so chalky I can't really make out the imprint, so I can't really use that.

Anyways, I think it's BS, but just wanted to ask around. Has anybody heard of a compound pharmacist working at a clinic? I haven't. And even if there was, wouldn't it come in like a capsule or something... They wouldn't press the pills, would they?

Any help appreciated... I know it's probably just a 40 and he's full of shit, but call this wishful thinking. :)

I'm fairly certain this will end up a pill ID thread, but for the sake of whatever, i'll say that wafers come in 40 mg max. Thats it. game over, no continues. 40. mg. max. also reported.
 
Sorry, I could see how it ended up worded like that. I guess the question would of been is there doses higher than 40 MG in pill form, but looks like that was answered. Sorry.
 
Chances are it's a 40mg wafer.

And no, i've yet to see, hear or read abotu a higher than 40mg wafer
 
Ive definitely heard of on-site compounding pharmacies at methadone clinics, but IME specially compounded meds come in generic capsules as they aren't mass-produced. I've always thought a pharmacy at the done clinic was a little iffy like a pharmacy in the doctor's office, but whatever the point is if it's the same size and color and has imprints it's a 40mg wafer as a compounded one wouldn't be s pill but a capsule(IME with hydro and hydromorph, someone please correct me if you've seen for sure compounded drugs that were pressed and had imprints instead of a capsule)

This is exactly what I was thinking. I seriously doubt it'd come in pressed form. Anyways, I decided to just eat and see how it went, and it was definitely a 40 MG wafer. Thanks for the replies though.
 
That sucks someone bullshitted you but since you have your answer I'm going to close this.

It doesn't "come off" as a pill ID thread, and it's good that you want to make sure you know you're not about to overdose or anything, but it is self serving so I'm just going to go ahead and close this.
