Neuroscience 5ht2c - how does it impact t the endocrine system? Curious as I was reading about kratoms other possible binding sites

Pretty much just what the question says. I do t have a lot on it just read that it’s responsible for something with the endocrine system but didn’t say what. I’m on T injections because true low T at 225 so curious.
 
Occams razor is that it is the mu opioid activity of kratom reducing testosterone. This is a common consequence of long term opioid habits.

I just did a quick google, and read this abstract that indicates that 5HT2C antagonism increases testosterone levels in mice (and mating behaviors). Antagonism of 5HT2A receptors did the opposite of this, and antagonism of both seemed to trend towards a decrease of testosterone.

I'm pretty unfamiliar with the nuances of non-mitragynine compounds in kratom. If you have info id like to hear it.
