Harm Reduction 50 mgs of valium and 4-7 beers?

So you always here not to mix booze and benzos.

i have been talking around 50 mgs of valium a day along with drinking 4-7 beers for weeks now. Why am i not dead? Is the benzos/ booze combo really that bad? i have had no negative black outs or anything. My only reasoning is that i have a very high benzo tolerance. tbhs i dont even get that fucke up unless i take my 50 mgs of valium and then drink like 5 beers right aways. And even then i dont get to fucked...

Anyone else mix booze and benzos on the regular/daily?

Thoughts?

Btw i over doese on cocaine after doing about 5-6 grams in 5 days with no tolerance,
i ended up in the hospital and almost died. The doc said i was really close. anwyas could that be because of the 5 day coke bender? or because i was mixing it with the booze and pills.

Yes it is that bad. People die from this combo often. I suspect because of your high benzo tolerance you are able to handle it. But that's not to say that people with a benzo tolerance would be okay. This thread has no HR value, in fact it kind of setting a bad example. Both benzos and alcohol are CNS depressants and in high enough doses can and do kill. Try not to get too cocky thinkin you can handle them both in any higher doses than you are already taking as that's just askin for trouble. Stay safe!

edit- btw you think it was the coke? that sent me over the edge? like it wasnt on so much booze and the coke should not have come so close to ending me i think.

Mixing uppers & downers isn't a good idea--from an HR perspective.
I'd be careful if you continue mixing alcohol & benzos; it's easy to fuck up.

if you are going to talk about mixing benzos, opiates, or other downers with alcohol, at least have a point to make. this thread will be closed, just warning you. i mix the two all the time (or all three for that matter) but i never EVER make it sound like a GOOD thing and i never ever EVER suggest other people do it. when talking about it on BL, i often say something like, for example, "cooked tar and added a crushed klonopin to the water to make for an easier snort. now this works for ME but i do not recommend anyone ever mix these drugs! don't do it!" and then i continue on with my post. haha 8)

I hate to admit it, but I've managed to get myself a small drinking problem. I drink alcohol equal to 1-2, usually 2 pints of beer (4,7% ) almost every day now and still take my daily 0,5mg of clonazepam. It's definately not healthy but it's definately not deadly either. That said, it's very hard to die from taking as crapload of benzos, say a bottleful of clonazepam (75mg) alone. I tried it, survived it, but I was in HELL because of it. A failed suicide attempt of sorts. If I had added any alcohol to the mix, I wouldn't be writing this here. I just kind of went unconscious before I managed to drink on top of the benzos... it takes time to munch through 150 pills.

Don't fuck around with benzos and alcohol, if it doesn't kill you, you are very likely to do something you will regret.

Mixing uppers and downers is far safer than mixing downers with other downers. Contrary to popular believe, mixing uppers and downers is easier on the heart than using uppers alone.

You make it seem like a good thing by making a thread basically toting the fact that you can take 50mg of valium and drink 4-7 beers and are still alive and kicking. Your post seems very arrogant. Especially when you say "i don't even get that fucked up" like what you took is nothing and anybody who can't handle it is just a pussy or something.

Yes, it IS as bad as everyone says. That's why everyone says it, lets use our brain here. Mixing CNS depressants will forever be one of the most dangerous drug combos out there, other than those with clear deadly interactions regardless of the dosage.

You CAN and WILL stop breathing in your sleep, or pass out from OD, if you decide to one day keep upping your dosages. Stop while you're ahead. It doesn't matter if you aren't getting "fucked up". Both drugs lower inhibitions, and you may very well be completely fucked up and just not realize it.
