Um, roughly how long would it take 5-meo-amt, suspended in solution, but frozen in the freezer to degrade. Also, does anyone know if the degraded, by product, of this becomes relatively stronger? Basically it appears, the substance, has become more "potent" over time... does anyone have any idea as to why this maybe?

What is the solution (water, EtOH, etc)?

Possibly sublimation after a long time in the freezer?

Pretty sure 5-MeO-AMT doesn't degrade into anything more toxic than itself (which isn't saying much, eh?). My understanding, though, is that much like AMT it degrades pretty quickly in solution regardless of whether it's kept frozen and protected from light. I'd say your best bet is probably to store it in its crystalline form in the freezer in an amber vile, but I'll wait for someone with a more thorough knowledge of chemistry to speak up before claiming anything with certainty.

Then again it could also be reverse tolerance. Some friends and myself have found that the very first time you take it is generally the worst.

It appears to have reverse tolerance. we were consuming 1ml of soloution which equaled 5mg we found that it produces pretty epic visuals. Incredibly Strange body sensations. Quite a few people have tried it with only ... a handful, honestly of about 3 - 4 people complaining of a mild but incredibly long last headache.

And it producing effects almost twice as strong than the traditional 5mg dose...

Is it possible that some of your solution has evaporated, or some had settled during freezing, thus changing the dilution? I remember I had some 2C-E and it somehow kept getting stronger, until I realized that water must have been evaporating out of the vial slowly.
