5 htp dosage

hey, i just got a whole bunch of 5 htp
and i dont really want to take it everyday, does anyone know the dosage i should take
umm yeah also i have like 5 bottles full and i dont thiknk i need them all....

Most people seem to recommend up to 200-400mg of 5-HTP when preloading, (a couple of days before you drop) and then another 200 or so mg on the day of, or the day after your roll finishes, and then reduce by 50mg per day until you're back to 0mg. With dosages like these, especially if you're doing it a couple of times a month, you'll be thru 5 bottles in no time

Agreed...unless you've picked up 5 x 100 pill bottles, that stuff will all be gone in a few months (especially when you're friends start asking for them 'cause they like the look of this new smiley face you have on all the time!!)...

But if you DO want to offload one, let me know...I'm all out of mine..
