Bupe 4th day of Suboxone.. Quick Question.

Okay, well I am in Canada, and they do suboxone a lot differently here than the US or Europe.

Anyways, quickly to my point, I have been on Suboxone in the past, in 2009 when it was first Approved/released in Canada. But recently, just started up on it again coming off a huge Hydromorphone habit with a new Addiction specialist who is really good. Anyways, first day started me at 4mg Suboxone, (got a little bit of precipitated w/d because I did not wait the full 12 hour window the first day I started). Anyways, today will be day #4 of Subs, and moving up to 12mg today, but have to dose a the pharmacy for three months first. (That's how restricted and retarded the rules for bupe here are in Canada). Anyways, day #2 he upped me to 8mg of Sub, and then I saw him yesterday, and he's upping me to 12, and then hopefully up to 16mg by next week (Which is what I settled at in 2009) - because my tolerance for Opioids/benzo's/Lyrica is fucking insane. Anyways, This morning I snorted 30mg of HydroMorphContin cause I had waited 24 hours since my last dose of bupe. I felt the Hydro a little bit, but not very much.

ANYWAYS - to my main question - I have to go get my 12mg dose of Suboxone today sometime, and dose at the pharmacy S/L. I was just wondering if I would go into precipitated w/ds because of me not waiting 12 hours or whatever, and if I went there in a few hours and got my Subs. I cannot remember back in 2009 if I had this problem or not.. but there should be enough bupe in my system that I shouldn't go into w/ds right? :\

u prolly wont.. im on subs and i sometimes dose some methadone or sumthing to get high and go back to my sub the next day.. and i never had pwds. cuz im dependent on the subs..
u only get pwds if ur dependent on full µ-opioid agonist and one day isnt going to get u dependent.. but i was on subs maybe 3months before i started this.. so being on subs for only 4 days ur prolly not dependent on it yet so it might happen..
but i really dont think you will have a problem
 
I can't see that... There should be enough bupe in my system by now...

I can maybe try and low-key my subs, and pretend to S/L them, but I'm not sure how close they watch. and on day #2 I S/Led 8MG of Bupe, and then snorted another 8mg later on that I got some extra subs from my buddy.

Just need some more answers. And if I do go into precipitated w/ds, how long do they usually last for?? I mean I know they are severe, but do they eventually level down over the day?
 
^ Anyone else shed some light on this? Yes I know, some of you might flame me. But I am also on a benzo taper, and I only have a 5mg Valium, and two 50mg Lyrica, but also I have Clonidine, and Metoprolol if things got really bad. My benzo tolerance is out the window, so a 5mg valium wouldn't even touch me, as I have been on extreme high doses of benzo's in the past for 9 years.
 
im on month 13 of suboxone, and i definitely wouldn't take any opiate anytime around dosing... are you trying to quit or like whats goin on? really just wondering, no judgment.:)


i see sickness, after all that is what the medacine does, it has a 37 hour life (not halflife its in ur system for 37 hours after first dose)
