can anyone shed some light on some good starting doses for mephedrone, I don't wanna be rolling balls but I want a nice energy and focus boost as I will be doing daily activities and not partying.

I will be insuffilating and my product appears to be high quality ( looks like crystally pins which ive read means pure )

It is pretty impossible IMO to not end up in a binge doing larger and larger quantities of mephedrone, even if you start with a lower dose, but some people manage it so you may. If I were you I'd start at about 100-150mg insufflated or 150-200mg orally. I do know some people that even enjoyed just snorting 50mg every hour or so and had a good time doing so, maybe start like that then increase as you see fit.

Also, just because your powder looks like crystally pins it doesn't mean that it is pure, it could be half mephedrone and half 4-mec or any other powder, lots of drugs look like crystally pins so you can't guarantee that it is 100% mephedrone just by looking at it.

As with all new chems I would still recommend doing an allergy/safety check before you start using it, take about 2-5mg orally first and wait a few hours before starting your session as you could be allergic to an impurity, better to be safe than sorry.

I ended up doing 200mg over 4 bumps of 50mg over 1.5 hours, experienced no bad side effects apart from inability to sleep and some weird dreams, granted I did consume about 700mg of caffeine when I started coming down so I would not feel so tired.

Product appears to be pure and of high quality, ofc i have not had it lab tested but visually it seems legit and effect wise it was excellent, simular to pure mdma but I didn't feel the need to randomly move or act like a retard, i was gurning very hard though. I purchased off of a long time friend who is a complete meph head, binging for 5 days in a row and he assured me (i realize this means fuck all) that it is the best stuff he has had.
