RCs 4F-PVP - no effects whatsoever

I have insufflated 30 mg, attempted smoking and vaporizing, taken sublingually and orally, and have no effects from this compound. The vendor's only other product I tried is active, but that doesn't mean this batch isn't inert. I'm very familiar with stimulants including MDPV and aPVP. I was able to sleep after taking huge doses. The chemical tastes and smells like aPVP, burns insufflated and harsh to vaporize.

was this a uk vendor ? if so its shit it wont work and looks like they are now trying to pass something i got a sample as this plus its dangerous on the liver so bin it if its from the uk
