RCs 4-MMC. think I'm getting fucked and dont know of this is safe

So ive came across a site of which sells various base chemicals for various purposes (not listed on the site you basically have to know what it is) i found it by its molecular formula and weight although theyre slightly different from what i wanted. It claims to be mephedrone HCL. Heres where im conflicted



2-methylamino-1-p-tolypropan-1- one hydrochloride
4-methyl-N-methylcathinone

2-methylamino-1-p-tolypropan-1-one
4-methylmethcathinone

can somebody explain if this is actually mephedrone and if ots even safe to buy (in other words it is what they say)

You will always take a risk when buying first time from an online vendor.I`m no professional chemist but just an amature,but from what i can see with those formulas is that they are both Mephedrone,sometimes you can use slightly different nomenclature for the same thing.
