4-HO tryptamines typically go brown or black and gooey with water, but despite that do not decline in potency. Nevertheless, I would personally use everclear alcohol dried over a desiccant to dissolve the tryptamine. And that's not for long term storage either.
Even though 4-HO tryptamines that change color from moisture in the air retain potency in general, this is not a guarantee that stability of the compound is truly secured. In solution such alkaloids can be ionized and oxidized much more easy which makes it an unsuitable way to store these drugs.
Phenethylamines in general should hold, but tryptamines are typically a bad idea regarding this.
Since you say you will use it right away: yes it should be okay. I don't foresee any solubility problems, but if you want to make concentrated solutions when you measure doses just be sure to keep a little bit of some acid like vinegar on hand. But only use it if the compound has a problem dissolving, which I'm positive it won't in this case.
