For me, one of the great highlights of a psychedelic experience with a synthetic compound is the enjoyment of the erotic realm. Excepting dissociatives and short-acting materials such as DMT and 5-MeO-DMT, I invariably feel sexually aroused (and very much functional) when under the influence of a psychedelic -- phenethylamines, tryptamines and LSD have always yielded results in this department ranging from very good to spectacular.
I have tested numerous phenethylamines and tryptamines (usually five or more times each). However, in spite of the considerable regard afforded to 4-AcO-DMT by the general psychonaut community, I explored this compound only recently.
During July and August, I conducted five trials with 4-AcO-DMT. Dosages ranged from 20 to 40 milligrams. All tests proved to be quite rewarding, even instructive; midway through one of these, I was presented a very rare and profound "plus four" experience. This is excellent material.
Nevertheless, I consistently experienced one problem: I was unable to achieve a proper erection (which of course meant that ejaculation was not feasible). Regardless of how much I wanted to have sex or to masturbate, my genitalia refused to cooperate.
Could this unexpected side effect be related to the unusually pronounced sedation and/or fair motor coordination/balance "issues" that this compound produces (in me, at least)? Do any other Bluelighters experience sexual disfunction while under the influence of 4-AcO-DMT?
