Opioids 300mg of Oral Morphine just ingested....need info.

soo i just 15 minutes ago took 15, 15mg morphine pills = to 300mg morphine total. The thing is i did it orally so from what i know its only gonna be 100mg effecting me right ?.

300 seems like a big number but with morphine oral use, you cut that to 30% = 100mg !!.

The point I am really trying to proove here is for anyone trying to do oral morphine for theire first time. Remeber it only has a 30% bioavailability which means 70% of the rest of the drug will not effect ur high at all. So if you acctually WANT say 20MG of morphine HITTING you then you have to do 60mg orally ( 2 30mg pills for example).

I cant beleive my eyes when i read people giving advice on trying 15-30mg oral morphine for a first time..thats fucking soft, 15-30 only = 5-10mg and that much orally for morphine wont touch a baby.

But then again drugs are a very egosyntonic, and with your view of yourself, you sound like a real champ in the making.
 
Morphine does have a weak oral bioavailability but you still took a shit ton. For your sake, I hope you have a tolerance because you just took an amount that could kill an opiate naive person.

Plus, think about this. Pills are meant to be taken orally and if 15mg "won't touch a baby", they wouldn't make a pill that weak. Even 15mg will have an effect on an adult (providing no tolerance).
 
There are many factors that effect BA...oxymorphone has about a 10% oral BA...unless consumed with alcohol, it goes up to over 200%. Every drug is different and although BA is something that should be understood for the sake of harm reduction, it is not absolute.

BA can never be over 100% dude, that would mean the drug duplicates itself in yoiur bloodstream...

No he's right. 100% bioavailability means that 100% of the drug you ingested made it to your bloodstream. IV'ing a drug will give you 100% BA by definition. Every other ROA will cut down on that amount so you can never have anything above 100% unless you're taking a pill with live viruses in it that will duplicate in your body lol.
 
200% isnt possible, but with the addition of alcohol, cant 1+1=3?

All that potentiators/combinations of drugs will do is potentiate what's already there. To use your example, if you take 8mg of buspirone normally, maybe 0.01mg would end up in your bloodstream. With alcohol, maybe 0.04mg ends up there. That's a 400% increase. It is never the case that you would take 8mg and with alcohol, mysteriously you have 24mg in you. That's physically impossible.
 
drugs cannot reproduce inside your body. period. GF juice inhibits the enzymes from breaking the original drug into its metabolites faster. but whataver man. enjoy.
 
300 mg of morphine is a heavy dose. The most I took was 180mg when I had a higher tolerance and the respiratory depression was quite bad, and slept for 18 hours. Woke up still nodding.

I'd say the OP is nodding like a champion, or sleeping and he may be high for 2-3 days on such a high dose.
 
Wow, what an idiot. 300mg is a VERY high dosage for even a person with a tolerance. And 300mg is equal to 300mg, not 100mg. Seriously, I really hope this is not a fatality,

Lol people are such pussies man. Who cares if they could be allergic? Just fucking go for it, so what if you die? People die every day!
My first time doing morphine I also felt as if I was invincable and that I knew better than people who had experience with the drug. I took the same ammount as you, not orally, I let my nose gobble it up. For the next two days I couldn't stand up without almost puking. I threw up maybe 5 times over those two days.
 
OP I don't see any HR in the thread you've created.
I also can't see this thread going anywhere in a positive way.
