RCs 3-meo-pcp and constipation?

Hey bluelighters, sorry if OD is the wrong place for this discussion, but I've noticed after a session of moderate to high dose 3-meo-pcp I get severely constipated to the point of it being painful. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, any guess on its mechanism of action; opioid activity possibly?

Aside from opioids there are many classes of drugs that cause constipation. NMDA antagonists are essentially depressants, I guess they simply slow down GI tract motility and that's how they cause constipation. I can't really tell if I get constipated from dissociatives because I've been on opioids basically my whole teenage and adult life, but certainly arylcyclohexanamines and DXM make my constipation from opioids worse.
