I've seen porn movies where there's anal sex and the active/top/giver for anal sex describes reaching or how he's wanting to either forcibly open or have the passive/bottom/taker open up his 2nd hole.

In the video I was watching where it was described the guy giving anal sex was apparently reaching it easily in the other guy's ass and the top's penis was 7 inches long and maybe about 5 inches around in circumference. The top was fucking the bottom very deep and slow with latex on. It wasn't like in 70s porn where even if the guy was just average he'd only put maybe half of his penis in the other man's ass.
