This is my first trip report, so sorry if it's not great!
It was this last weekend, so the times are not precisely accurate. Some crazy (and kind of bad) shit happened to me and a couple of my friends while on 2C-I. I can't say 100% for sure it was 2C-I, but that's what my dealer said it was and there's not really a reason to lie about it.
My friends names shall be F and O for the sake of this trip report. We are all in college, F and I live in an apartment together, O lives at home.
~5:00 P.M.: We dropped the tabs sitting on a park bench. I took 2, F took 5 (more experienced), O took 1. It had a strangely metallic taste and made the water I was drinking taste very metallic and odd.
~5:15 P.M.: F says he feels it coming on first, and packs a bowl of weed. As the bowl is about to be put into rotation, I get a slightly light-headed feeling and some tingling in my upper body. O says he doesn't feel anything yet and we begin hitting the bowl.
~5:30 P.M.: The bowl is about finished and F is definitely starting to trip. O says he's coming up. I'm starting to get some visual distortions, the grass seems to be waving and the colors of the park's plants are very vivid.
~6:00 P.M.: We are all chatting about how cool everything looks. All of us are slurring our words very slightly (or it seemed like it-could just be that I was tripping!) and giggling at the slightest bit of humor. I start to get a little bit nauseous (nothing too bad, just discomfort), so I lay down on the blanket we brought to the park. Immediately I'm almost overwhelmed by the sky, seeing the bright orange and yellow of the sunset. The nausea is mostly relieved by laying down and I'm able to chat comfortably again.
~7:00 P.M.: My hands and feet are very cold and sweaty, but I don't notice it much. On and off feelings of euphoria are constant throughout the trip. The sunset is still very intriguing to me and I mostly look at that and the plants in the park. The three of us get up and begin strolling around the gardens, laughing and talking about philosophy (mainly Thoreau, a bit of Locke).
~8:30 P.M.: This is the point at which the situation takes a bad turn. O's mother calls him, saying something about his grades and that she has changed her mind about him staying out that night, demanding he be home by 12:30. O and I nearly start panicking but F draws us back to a calm conversation. O lives 30 minutes away, and claims that he is fine to drive on the 2C-I, because he "only took one". F and I are not okay with that idea at all, and immediately ask him for his keys, but he refuses. I'm having trouble thinking of any solution, as my head is still cloudy and I'm distracted by the patterns and colors I'm seeing all around me as it starts to get dark.
~9:00 P.M.: O calls his mother again to try to change her mind, but she's non-compliant. She insists he has to come home. F and I briefly try to convince him to tell his mother that he's been drinking and can't drive, but he says she'll only be more angry and come to get him. At this point I'm surprised my trip hasn't turned bad because of all the stress. I'm still seeing a lot of "rainbow trash" and tracers as well as vivid, organic patterns that seem to follow my vision with a delay.
~9:15 P.M.: To my dismay, O refuses to do anything but drive home, insisting he's fine. F and I watch as he drives away, and watching the car go into the distance I nearly fall forward, catching myself just in time. F and I go back to our apartment and chill out watching TV, waiting for a text from O saying he's okay.
~10:00 P.M.: Still no text from O. F and I are a little worried, but it hasn't been that long. We start experimenting with different lighting, turning all lights off, a few on, dimming the lights. Dimming the lights was very trippy as it was almost like a dream. Everything shifted and sort of melted into the bit of light that was there. Closed eye and pitch-black visuals were very intense. I saw things that looked like faces and then life-like images of the trees in the park. A lot of euphoria around this time.
~11:30 P.M.: F and I had tried to call O a few times, and no answer. We said that at midnight we would call his mother to see if he made it back.
~11:50 P.M.: F gets a call from O, and answers on speaker so that I can hear. Jesus Christ, it's the cops. They said that they found a car in the middle of one of the main roads in our city, with a phone in it that had a last missed call from F. F and I both jump up (making me feel very light headed) and wake up our room mate, who is asleep, asking him to drive us there (F and I explain that it's an emergency).
~12:15 A.M.: Myself, F and R (the room mate for this report) arrive on the scene (being sure to have nothing on us). The cops found O's weed, a knife, O's phone and wallet in the car. At this point I'm on the verge of having a bad trip. I'm breathing very heavily and my mind is spinning more and more into a distorted trip state. The cops ask us a few questions and say they'll handle it and call his mother, and that we should go on home.
From then until around 4:00 A.M. F and I sat on the couch and said very little. My trip was mild after realizing a good friend of mine was missing. It brought me back to earth and although i still had some colorful visuals, I didn't feel "high" and definitely not euphoric. At around 4, we fell asleep on our respective couches, waiting for any news.
~8:00 A.M.: We get a call from the police, saying that O called his mother and they have him at the station. I have a bit of afterglow and feel kind of like I'd been dreaming for a full night.
I won't go into any further detail about what happened, but I can say that it is EXTREMELY unwise to drive on any psychedelic. O just couldn't handle trying to coordinate that much, and claims his brakes were locking up, making it nearly impossible to drive. O could have been charged with reckless endangerment, felony possession of a weapon, and possession of marijuana. However all charges were dropped (very lucky) and O is just going to have counselling and diversion.
I hope you all enjoyed even though I'm a newbie trip reporter!
Edit: Shit, I put this in the wrong section. If someone could move it for me, I'd be much obliged!
