This is the second time I am trying a RC, the first being 2C-C at 40mg which was pretty gentle compared to Mushrooms or DXM. The problem with this trip is I didn't properly organise the setting beforehand, it was kinda a last minute idea for me and my friend A to trip that night. A was ingesting 20mg of 2C-E with myself trying 20mg of 2C-B, which I had wanted to try for quite a while now. Luckily A brought with him some good weed and I had bought some nitrous beforehand. I picked A up around 6 and we decided we would drive up to this lookout up in the hills to this spot we know and trip there.
A took his 2C-E while we were driving up and I soon followed once we arrived. We had some bongs and we were quite stoned. After maybe half an hour I began to feel the first effects of 2C-B. I noticed alot of stimulation, I couldn't work out if it was the 2C-B or if I was just cold. A is also starting to feel the 2C-E now 45mins into his trip. We decide to get out the astrojax at this point. The astrojax is probably the best trip toy I've ever bought(see pic of A using it below).
Getting quite a bit of stimulation now from the 2C-B and things are starting to get weird. I watch A as he is having a bong and his face starts to morph into different shapes.. This was pretty funny and some of the first open eye visuals I've had on any RC. After a while we decided to explore outside. This was quite an experience. As I got out of the car the ground looked like it was moving, up and down and around, I wasn't sure if I would fall into the ground as it was just collapsing around me. I looked up at the sky and it had a distinct blue look to it, the best looking blue I had ever seen. We walked around for a bit more with the ground still moving around like crazy and I even felt we were on Mars at some stage. The place we were at was so alien to me, I felt like exploring it more but it was getting too cold so we headed back to the car.
Once back at the car it was getting quite intense for me, I had alot of stimulation still and felt the nausea start to build up. A was getting the nitrous ready and inhaled the first cartridge. I decided I would join him and it intensified the trip to another level. Swirls of blue and green came into my vision and moved about for a bit until they stopped and stayed in the bottom left of my vision for quite some time. A was also tripping quite hard and he began pondering life and how everything is directly linked with money if you think about it. We also agreed on a number of things including time, which is in reality just an illusion and put there in order for our minds to understand it all. It all made sense. Everything felt like it was beginning to make sense. That was the vibe I was getting from A anyway. We listened to some Aphex Twin, Nine Inch Nails and Radiohead which felt like nearly every song had some kind of meaning to it.
After coming back from our walk before I stupidly put the heater on in the car and in my tripped out state I had totally forgot it was still on. It had been about 2 and a half hours and I had started to come down a bit now, not fully but it was gradually fading. I tried to start my car to see if it would still work after relising I'd left the heater on all this time.. Not starting.. This wasn't a good thing to happen on a psychedelic I thought. We phoned another friend up who agreed to come pick us up. This was a big relief as we weren't sure how we were going to get out of there. About 15mins later I get a phone call, it's the same friend and he crashed his car on the way to pick us up.. I had read some trip reports earlier on bluelight saying that 2C-B became a bit "sinister" if done a few times and for some reason I linked this with my friend crashing his car even though this was my first time trying it. But, luckily he only hit a kerb and did a bit of damage to his car I found out later. At the time this sent me into a wild mindfuck and at times became a bit too much to handle as I was still tripping quite hard so I just kept reminding myself to remain calm. I called another friend and soon after he arrived and we were saved. I had a hard time locking up the car and getting my bag in my tripped out state which felt like it took around 20mins to do. A began telling my friend who came to pick us up D and his girlfriend his theories from 2C-E and it was quite hilarious. D headed to A's and dropped A and I off there.
I had come down quite a bit now so we had some more weed there. A was still tripping quite hard and began telling his brothers his theories and ideas from 2C-E. A kept telling us that he had understoond everything there is to understand about everything and there was no need for him to take any drugs anymore. This didn't last long.. That was pretty much the end of it as I headed to bed after that but it was definetly a learning experience. I underestimated the intensity a bit and didn't expect such insane visuals such as the ground moving around constantly. In that respect it was entirely different to 2C-C which was the only other RC I had tried up to that point. Another thing I noticed is the 2C-B had a distinct chemical feel to it which I noticed throughout the trip, this was alot different to mushrooms which have a more natural feel to them but lasted alot longer than the 2C-B, which peak didn't seem to last for that long. As I said at the start we should of organised a more safer setting closer to home though so it wouldn't be such a fuck around later.
