If you're interested in doing this, post here, and or PM me! I'm assuming it will be an eight man, but, hopefully we have more who will be down for a not so friendly competition! If possible, depending on your money situation, we can set up a small wager per the season, so 1st place gets a prize.

the season is upon us!!

man it's so nice to see Mo Williams back in a Cavs jersey. really connected with those "lovable losers" James had with his 1st Cleveland run

in an age of asshole athletes, they were awesome Cleveland fan-favorites. out on the town they were polite & tons of fun... James not so much, but I could understand him being a bit guarded

(DELONTE!!)

Down 16 and come back with a bunch of guys that aren't even 21 years old yet. Rubio was ballin, I couldn't believe my own eyes

That OKC/San Antonio game was ridiculous too. That might have been a preview of this years WCF.. Kawhi Leonard is one of the top 5 players in the world.. It's amazing to watch him get better every year

We're in a new golden age of basketball right now boys, soak it all in. This won't last forever.. There are so many future HOF players in league right now. This is the most entertaining basketball we've seen in a long long time

Can't wait for NCAA to start

I agree on your Kawhi hot take. ever since he has his coming out party VS Lebron in the NBA Finals, he has demonstrated his unbelievable athleticism & superb defense year after year after year...

you know what? that never crossed my mind, but it's totally true. we went through a golden age of sorts in the 90s with Michael Jordan VS all those awesome teams in the West that never won a ring because Michael Jordan. I suppose we are also currently in another gilded age of the NBA. I know I'm a homer but LBJ and that fucking unreal 2003 draft class was the start of our experience, only to have younger players like Curry, Davis, Durant, Rose, Harden, Griffin, et al to cement such experience...

NBA ball is truly the most entertaining, fun sport of all-time. being a good Ohioan, I probably rate football higher as a sport, but think about how the NBA has done such a damn fine job to create such an entertaining product that expands more world-wide every single year. shouts out to David Stern...

but man as much as I <3 NBA, I just can't get into NCAA baskety hoops as much (save for March Madness, like everyone else in this god damned world). NCAA is just so slow, methodical, boring to the NBA's glamorous, fast-paced, rule-eschewing, slammin & jammin. NCAA is again, so boring to me. I WANT DUNKS BRUH I'm sorry but the NBA has ruined fundamentally-true basketball for me

man it's such a long-shot, but I want the Cavs & Lebron to just win just ONE NBA ring. just ONE, man. but like last year I see Cleveland losing to this year's Western Conference team du jour...

Jahlil Okafor - rookie of the year

nobody else his size gets from point a to point b as efficiently as he does which usually leads to a high percentage shot. I just wish he was a bit more of an athlete like Noel.

if you combined Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor youd get anthony davis, possibly better. but irl they just dont really mesh well together on the offensive end, and the sixers just look lost on perimeter d. this is what happens when two of your starters are stauskas and tj mcconell.

I honestly thought this team could have been good this year but injuries killed them before the season even started. they'll probably win about 25 games this year.

tony wroten - out
robert covington - out

good thing the next draft is looking like a couple lotto picks.

one more year. patience pays

as far as the jahlil shit goes, its all right here in this pamphlet

Hawks bitches. It's unfortunate that the west is, yet again, far superior. But I'm already having a ton of fun with this team. Haven't missed a home game yet. Highlight factory is rockin. My first year as a season ticket holder.

That's awesome, I'm jealous. I'm hoping to be a twolves season ticket holder within the next few years...

Looks like you get to see our young talent up close.. I think you're going to be impressed

Towns 19 yrs old
Wiggins 20 yrs old
Lavine 20 yrs old
Tyus Jones 19 yrs old
Shabazz 22 yrs old
Rubio 25 yrs old
Dieng 25 yrs old
Bjelcia 27 yrs old (Rookie) 2015 Euroleague MVP

That game was incredible. Came back from 34 and tied that fucker in the fourth and then Wiggins owned us. We were just asleep at the wheel during the first half. Y'all have a good team for being so young. Think you should be really good in a year or two. Regardless, another good road win for you. Once we tied the game and then took the lead I thought for sure that we had too much momentum for y'all to hang on, but you did.

towns is a better athlete than okafor but he doesnt have the same type of offensive ability to score p[oints from a standstill with the defender. he'll p[robably finish a lot of alley oop[s in his career, but as far as having their back to the defender and being ablle to somehow get to the basket and score, thats all in jahlils favor.

he's a decep[tive seven footer, okafor that is. he's not lanky like noel and KAT but because hes a little bulkier he is harder to stop[ closer to the basket.

hes not the typ[e of big man weve grown accostomed to seeing dominate lately, the deandre jordans and anthony davisis and other assorted freaks of nature

like I said , p[oint A to p[oint B

nobody is touching him on that, and he wont get resp[ect for it until he goes against a defender like deandre.

seriously, if you throw the ball to deanadre and tell him to score he couldnt do it. hes not a halfcourt typ[e of p[layer on offense which is why he doesnt score shit in the p[layoffs *(besides the hack a jordan stuff)_

towns ; yeah hes good
wiggins ; d league tracy mcgrady. took mcws advice and scored the only discernible p[oints on an awful team last year. hencp[e, Rookie of the year
lavine ; dunk contest winner, theyve been good p[layers in this decade...what does he do besides dunk the ball?
tyus jones ; was on a great college team, cant see him being more than a bench p[layer in the nba. he does everything ok but idk I just dont see uit
mohammed 0- came out of ucla with fanfare like 3 or 45 years ago and has been mia ever since. he reminds me of james harden if you took everything james harden does well away from him
rubio 0- great p[asser, thats it.
dieng 0- great defender, cant score

never heard of the other guy but the euroleague, come on man

accep[t that your team ,the minesota shewolves is on the same track as my team, the sixers, with a bunch of athletic defenders with no one to shoot the ball

after all the shit everyone talks about the West being so much better than the East, it must be said in this thread that the East is something like 14-12 to the West right now...

I would say thanks to some pleasant upstarts in the East like Detroit and Toronto. Atlanta looks good. and damn man I'm elated that the Cavs have only one loss ATM despite dealing with a slew of injuries

Clippers wtf was that last night

Cp3 really ?

Paul pierce ain't doing shit

Josh smith making his couple threes a night

Only ones playing are redddick and griffin
