Tramadol does not mix well with Methylphenidate, I have made that clear to myself already 8o
I'm not looking for any euphoria from the pseudo, I know it's not very recreational in that sense, just looking for a slight energy boost

Also, if anyone has any knowledge as to what amount of caffeine would equal to 120mg of pseudoephedrine I would really appreciate it :)

Just do not mix these. Tramadol provides an energy boost by itself due to its SNRI activity. I would maybe drink a coke or some other caffeinated drink but definitely no jittery, heart-pounding Pseudoephedrine^^ Or lower the Tram dosage to 150mg.

Generally Tramadol does not mix well with any stronger uppers (Ol' dirty Bastard died on a combo of Tramadol and Cocaine). Also MDMA and antidepressants as well as DXM and a few other compounds can cause a serotonine syndrome when combined with Tramadol.

Well I washed down the pseudoephedrine with 2 glasses of coke without putting the whole 2 hours space like initially planned, it's been almost 30 minutes since and I feel a little bit more energized... a little irritation in the stomach is the only side effect I'm noticing so far

I think about an hour has passed and I feel improvement to my alertness and concentration levels, the pain hasn't worsened and my state of mind is definitely still affected by the tramadol...
I feel a bit edgy and shaky, but nowhere near as bad as the Methylphenidate+Tramadol combo

I think this is a nice replacement for if I can't take my normal dose of Ritalin or just want to counter some fatigue from sleepless nights

Caffeine and pseudoephedrine aren't really equivalent in terms of stimulant effects; caffeine is more of a psychostimulant and thermogenic where pseudoephedrine is basically a decongestant.

Pseudoephedrine loses what little efficacy ti has as a stimulant very rapidly though. Don't use it as a pick-me-up, it's useless for that purpose.

Take up drinking tea if you want something to counter fatigue. At least that's a pleasant sensory experience.
