I took 120mg Dex orally and 30-50mg noopept sublingually, and this isn't a minute by minute report, but rather a general overview.
I did this to prevent NMDA tolerance from forming as much as it would if I didn't use the Noopept, as Noopept is an NMDA receptor agonist, and therefore will cause less upregulation to the NMDA receptors after the trip. I like Dex for its serotonergic qualities, as well as its dissociative qualities but I use it for each purpose separately and don't want to increase my NMDA tolerance when I'm not using it for that, so that's why I attempted this.
I took the 120mg Dex and 30-50mg Noopept at about 5:30PM, and it started to kick in at around 6PM on an empty stomach, and since I am prone to migraines this may be a coincidence or caused by the combo,but I got a migraine as soon as it started to kick in.
I had dinner for about an hour, and by the end I was feeling the Dex in my head but not the buzzing, woozy feeling of the NMDA antagonism. My mood was noticeably altered for the better and my eyes were the size of disks, as they usually are on Dex.
Over all, I feel like the trip was a bit boring compared to 120mg plain Dex, but it still provided the same mood lifting benefits without the "Drunken" feeling, which I like yet can do without.
I do find myself being lost because of the migraine a lot, so I'm not very able to enjoy much besides the gentle mood lift, so I will re-try this experiment to see if this induces a migraine every time or if the migraine was just a coincidence.
