10mg valium=how many mg xanax

I have searched and searched..plz don't flame me. I have read one thing that says .5 mg xanax and one that says 1.5mg xanax. I have a low benzo tolerance, so these are worlds apart for me. .5 mg I have fun. 1.5 mg I have no clue and will never remember whether I had fun or not

Mind you, this is just mg-mg equil.
The subjective effects of valium vs xanax will still be different, even at an "equivilant" dose.....

It's kinda difficult to compare any dosage of xanax to any relative dosage of valium simply because they're different drugs. However -- IMO, whoever said 1.5mg xanax is way off, because... 10mg diazepam won't give you blank spots in your memory, or make you pass out whenever you get comfortable. It's hard to compare different drugs like that, but if forced to pick (given MY tolerance, not for everyone), I'd say it's about 10mg V is equal to about 1mg xanax.
