Benzos 10mg Valium after taking Speed and MDMA to help sleep?

Not even really a question for me as i dont have this problem as i dont ever take speed (once never again!) (the only thing i notice when i sleep as i only do mdma and k is that for 10 seconds it goes bright while my eyes are shut, 3 times maybe then thats it i can fall asleep)

But i am asking in concern for someone else,
Is it safe to do this? to say be up all night on speed and MDMA then take 10mg valium to help sleep?

i'm not sure how safe it is but people do it a lot of people take benzos for amphetamine come downs

its actually the main reason i never will take amphetamines again i just cant handle the comedown its awful.
Safety is my main concern ,
Yeah lots of people do take it but benzos are something i dont really know anything about

What im basically asking is, for a small framed , height female
is 10mg valium a safe dose?

I think 10mg would definitely take the edge off but in my opinion it wouldn't put you to sleep. If 10mg all you got then it will definitely reduce the severity of the comedown.
Are you tolerant with benzos?...I'd probably start on about 20mg to put you to sleep, or take 10mg then work your way up.

More of an "help me sleep a bit" approach
than a Kapow night night approach.

This person has no tolerance to benzos.
neither do i , i havent really a clue about them you see ive just learnt some new things in past few hours about them though.

There are so much to learn about SO many Different drugs there really is

Yeah, I don't really see 10mg putting someone to sleep after they've been doing speed and MDMA. It will help them work through the comedown though.

I wouldn't recommend MDMA AND speed at the same time (tho that's just my personal opinion) but I ALWAYS take Valium, Klonopin, Xanax, or Ativan (not all at once) when coming down from MDMA or speed. I have anxiety probs anyway (I know, bad combo for drugs, but...) so I even sometimes take a little bit of a benzo WHILE ON MDMA or speed, if I feel I'm getting a panic attack. I researched this years ago and didn't find problems. I just know how horrible it is to get stuck in 2-hr long panic attack while on MDMA or speed and a little Valium or other benzo makes smooth sailing (for me at least.)

Yes, a low dose of a benzodiazepine is certainly safe to take the edge off the tail end of a speed crash. Personally, every time I indulge in a stimulant, (whether it be amphetamine, MDMA, LSD, etc..) I take a small dose DURING the experience to negate any negative symptoms and reduce anxiety, as I have anxiety problems as it is and am prescribed klonopin.

So as long as you keep the doses responsible, and don't start housing handfuls of valium 'your friend' will certainly be fine. Overdosing on benzos is very hard to do, so you should be more concerned about taking too much and blacking out, doing something stupid, and then sleeping for a looong time while not remembering any of it once you snap out of it.

If your friend has no tolerance, start with 10mg and see how that does, and titrate your dose up from there.
