100x salvia - Experienced - Powerful Trip

Well I had a little extra time today and I though I would try to write a Salvia trip report. I love to read them but I have never been able to describe and write about Salvia before, so I tough I would give it a shot. This trip was from a few months ago.

9mgs 100x salvia
It was in the middle of the afternoon and I was the only one home with no obligations so I thought it would be a good time to smoke some Salvia someone had given me a small vile of. I had smoked it a few times before and knew what a good dose was for me so I weighed out 9mgs and put it in a pipe with 2 screens and some thick brillo in the stem.
I took it in one hit held it in for as long as I could; as soon as I exhaled I started to feel my body temperature rise a little. Soon after I started to get that uncomfortable salvia feeling and I asked my self “why did I do this stuff again’ the deja-vu feeling started to kick in and then the visuals. I was plastered on the edge of a realm of visuals that were 2 dimensional strips moving like conveyor belts in different directions, the pattern shapes were leaves and vines growing as they were moving along their belt like paths. The patterns were moving though me and becoming a part of me I could feel the vines grow leaves in me, though me, I could feel them go though my body not a subtle feeling, I could feel them like they were taking over my body and my existence! I have had lots of visuals and hallucinations off of various psychedelics but I have never had the feeling so strong that they were in my body! As each pattern came towards me I could feel it and see it go tough my body and then the next one would come, I felt some fear to have something so strange take me over, I just want it to end.
A moment later I forget I have smoked Salvia and I am just in the realm completely I am a 2 dimensional fragment of my self. It is a strange place, a void with 2 dimensional patterns moving in various directions. The patterns are still moving but changed to different shapes many random simple geometric shapes they are 2 dimensional like plywood cutouts, yellow and red are the dominant colors with the void in the background of the patterns makes it seems like I am in a circus puppet show. The Deja-vu feeling is so strong every thing feels so familiar but so strange. I start to realize who I am and that I have smoked salvia, the void at the edge of the realm is fading until it is just patterns and the patterns start to get dull and fade. I think to my self I have just went though another Salvia trip.
I feel relived to be back to myself and confused as to what I just went though and what it means. I get up and go sit in the living room and meditate on the trip I just had and try to come to some conclusions, I come to none just a bizarre freighting experience but it was so deep that if it does unravel and have a conclusion it will take my mind months or years to process it.

i understand what you mean about how deep it is. i think salvia basically mucks up information flow in the brain that is fundamentally related to the actual production of our consciousness. basically, as deep in the mind as you can possible get

and it's nice to know other people have visited geometry land

one time in salvia geometry land I was split into millions of yellow L-shaped figures. we were all trying to escape from something. only one of us made it out (me)
 
fuck ive done 10X salvia, That shit fucks with you but man, 100X i don't think i could do that for a long time, im moving up to 30x or 40x, from the vids ive seen on youtube, Shawn's Salvia trip, i think its called, that kid is in a differnt place. I can't immage the shit you went through on 100X

Salvia trips are pretty wacky, I had a trip to geometry land offf a large pull of 80x. I saw alot of gears and sprockets with my friends faces in the middle.

My experience level with Salvia- Like a toddler trying to ride a 1300cc motorcycle.
I have probably been on about 30 Salvia trips, I was smoking Salvia about every week for about a year. A friend gave me a vile of 100x extract that he made, I was one of the only ones how would smoke it more then a few times. The first 10 or so break throughs were not that scary to me just kind of intense and unpleasant. I though if I spent some time in Salvia land I would get used to it, but when I started to get used to a place or thyme or what ever you want to call it would change to another different bizarre place. So the more I did it the more crazy and intense it got. After the last few times it was just getting too intense and crazy, I haven’t done any for a few months. I’m not sure how to describe experience levels with Salvia, I guess how many times you have done it.

^^It’s nice to hear other reports from geometry land lol. Insane place!

I find the Salvia body illusions (like you felt the patterns as your body) to be really unpleasant, like my body is getting mutilated and even after the trip is over it didn't feel right until I could forget about it (which took some days)

Salvia is just plain unpleasant as far as bodily sensations- completely dysphoric imo.:p

Also I think 100x extract is impossible to make. It would be pure salvinorum A.
 
According to the standard formula pure salvinorin A would be about 400X. 100x is what people usually get from a standard extraction without adding it back to leaves.

I'm surprised you get time to think at all before the transition from consensus into salvia reality. For myself, and many others whose TR's I've read, the transition is almost instantaneous. Especially with 100x strength. Sounds like you're a hard-head. Still, big respect for persevering so many times - I find salvia to be the most difficult experience I've ever voluntarily undertaken. Maybe even more difficult than any imposed me as well 8o

hmm...this makes me more interested in salvia....perhaps someday I will try it. How does it compare in intensity to a DMT 'breakthrough trip?

The standard formula for Salvia is 2.5 mgs of salvinorin A for a gram of salvia leaves, that is the standard amount of salvinorin A in a gram of Salvia leaves some might have a little more and some might have a little less but that is the standard amount that everyone has come up with and uses to calculate Salvia X factors.

2.5 X 400 = 1000 1000mgs = 1 Gram
So pure salvinorin A would be considered 400X according to the standard formula.

The X stands for how many times stronger then plan leaf would be so 10X would be 10 times stronger and so on. So according to 2.5mgs of salvinorin A per gram of leaves you could go up to 400X.
Most people don’t have scales that will accommodate mg measurements so that is why you don’t see a lot of Salvia on the market over 60x.

Most of my DMT breakthoughs are pretty relaxing; I have had a couple that have been intense and sacred me, but noting like Salvia.
Maybe a comparison like n,nDMT is like soaking in a hot tub watching the sunset and Salvia is like getting thrown though a window into a river and over a waterfall.
DMT unfolds reality in layers and veils for me, Salvia just rips it to peaces to the core in seconds. It is worth trying, my first few times weren’t that bad but it is very unpredictable and strange. You should try it one of these days I would like to hear your description of it.

Just curious- why haven't you attempted salvia already? I'm not demanding you do or anything, I just assumed you would have been all over it. :)
 
^after you go on that roller coaster, even if it's still scary while you're on it, afterwards you feel fine. you quickly return to baseline and are filled with awe at the experience. don't let the fear stop you:)
