10 mg prednisone and 20 mg methylphenidate ER?

Anyone had a weird interaction between 10 mg prednisone and 20 mg methylphenidate ER? I've looked up a couple things and everything I've seen says that they're ok together but my face is extremely red especially under my eyes. Should I be worried? I just want to be safe! No other side effects other than that.
 
Facial erythema is a common adverse effect of prednisone. I do not believe it to have anything to do with the methylphenidate at all.
