i’m after some info on ‘speed’ in the melbourne area. what i want to know is what am i likely to be getting (crystal meth, amphetamine, etc.), what do i want to be getting, how much is a ‘point’, pros and cons of ingesting vs. snorting, do prices vary a lot, how much should i expect to pay, do i want rock, powder or whatever other forms it comes in??????
as you can probably tell, i don’t know much about usage etc. i’ve looked through erowid under ‘amphetamines’, however i’d like to know a little more regards dosage amounts and quality.
any links, personal info, general melbourne quality and the like would be greatly appreciated.

if you snort it, it hits you harder. you'll rush a bit more (provided you have quality stuff), and it's probably the preferred ingestion method for my friends. you get a fairly nasty tasting "drip" down your throat, but them's the breaks.
if this isn't possible rub it into your gums (assuming it's crushed into fine powder or paste).
a point should see you pretty well.

Safest for what? Safest not to OD on? Less harsh on the body?
Speed is pretty full on nasty. Its caustic as hell, it will eat at your nose lining, eat into your gums etc.
Speed is odd because its potency varies so unbelievably much. The easiest on your body believe it or not is IV injection, if you were to do this you start of real damned small if you don't know the potency. Because you can feel the effects straight away you can put enough in pretty much exactly for your needs. Snorting or eating takes a bit longer to find out the potency and it could be easy to OD (imagine eating a point of crystal powder that had been crushed up).

I think eating it is better. I don't get much rush from snorting it, and it wears of very quickly. Swallowing gives me a longer, stronger, more body effecting experience. To me snorting it is a waste...
Also on the injecting tip

injecting speed has fucked SO many ppl up in so many ways. Lot's of ppl seem to really regret ever getting into that.
