Honestly, the spanking aspect of moderation is the least of it. Especially here in EADD, we rarely have to reach for the stick.

I realise us mods have an image problem, but anyone who’s done the job knows just how many hoops we have to jump through before the stick comes into play.

The day-to-day duties mostly consist of just checking in on the forum at least once a day. Maybe removing sone spam. Maybe having to edit a post for grossness. Actually having to thwack somebody with the stick? They really have to be going out of their way to demand it tbh.

I’m not versed in the lore. I’d never heard of Log until rejoining BL after a decade’s absence.

Seemed they knew who I was though so I presume he’s an alt of one of the previous Log-adjacent characters.
