I just find that H isn't so great at stopping pain until you are monged out.

In truth, methadone is likely the best option for both... but in the UK at least, their have been SO MANY shortages. You would assume that the doctor would simply script juice but NO.... pills are for pain, juice is ONLY licenced for treatent of opioid dependence.

Most of the more specific drugs for specific pain or dependence issues have ended up being banned. Palfium for breakthrough pain, gone. Bezitramide for opioid dependence, gone. The list goes on. Worst of all, bezitramide can be modified to last for 24 hours... but methadone is cheap. Already 1 friend died due to it, another had a heart attack! It's ONLY because the medical profession has limited people to AWFUL options.

Yes, I find methadone is quite good for pain. Not as good as h for me, but almost. I’d certainly use methadone over the h available now, but unfortunately I get unpleasant thigh aches if I use it continuously after a few days. And that’s on only 15-40mg in a 24hr period.

Also fully agree they‘ve gotten rid of or stopped prescribing the decent pain meds without nasty side effects, & now it’s mostly crap like tapentadol, tramadol etc.

I don’t! Been using opiates for pain since I was 16. So, over 25 yrs.

DMT is kinda like h, you have to smoke or inject it. Doesn’t work orally.

I’d buy if the test was good, but not buying 10g first time! The times I’ve done that I’ve gotten total shit, not even real h. Some nasty opioid. I think he must be a scammer.

GOD i just HATED greedy dealers who didnt care for human welfare! i was told by few people that there are far too many peope in uk despised nitazenes so much and also the reason why the quality of heroin and cocaine drop considerably was that the UK govt slapped hike vats on import/exports business and custom charge as well? which is Why the traffickers and dealers tryin to out-strecthing supply to overcome those problem??

Hi, can anyone advise on what Nitazenes are likely to look / taste like on foil ?, been smoking for 20+ yrs and have always felt fairly safe (no IV use) but saw a programme where two guys OD’d and died smoking gear with Nitazenes in. Would be helpful to know what to look out for , thanks.

well i know a guy who told me gave me this info, because it did happened to him TWICE. he said he bought heroin on the street to be used for smoking so he threw some on foil and heat it for h to melt complete, and noticed the beetle was in colour ORANGE liquid, no black tint/ beetle, just complete orange beetle and he thught ah fuck it id smoke fast since this must be very weak heroin but what he didnt know was there ar nitazenes in it and he smoked all of it and felt nothing, but 5mins later, he collasped and was brought to hospital by 1 of his friend who drove him to the hospital so he was very lucky he is alive! he said the high is not the same as fent or heroin. i asked him, would he take it again? he said most definitely not..

This could be an extremely useful tip if all nitrazenes turn into an orange beetle.

Ended up with something very odd Tuesday.

My usual man had new stock in & the moment I opened it up the gear was a odd colour but it was "bricky" like it had been pressed in one of those 5 ton press machines.

I tossed it on the foil & the first line ran totally clean, the last stuff he had in ran dark but it was VERY potent, I really liked it as it was very strong Heroin despite running a bit nasty, I think whoever made it must have known how good it was so they stamped on it.

This new stuff tastes like nothing I have ever known before, the first sign something wasn't quite right was it made me gag right away & all the hairs stood up on my arms, you know the feeling when you are sick & you get the first line down your neck it was like that but very strong, how I didn't vomit is beyond me.

The next thing I felt was a weird MXE / 4-Meo-PCP kinda come up in my head, you know when the MXE starts to hit it at the start of the Hole it was like that, it kept me up all night but NOT like that "Speed-esque" feeling you sometimes get off Heroin it was something else & I wasn't impressed with it one bit. I can hardly remember what happened the whole day & night, I have 99% amnesia after it kicked in.

My throat feels like I have smoked old socks mixed in with Camel Fur, I can honestly say I WON'T be giving "the Man" a single penny for his latest batch of fuck knows what.

He will have a VERY BIG issue trying to shift this latest batch as it's......well fuck knows what it is & you gotta be insane to think it is nice in the effect to say the least.

All the bags were normal apart from this one, it's weird in the effect. One minute you feel 100% sober then you suddenly go "bow legged" and are blasted. It doesn't make you itch but the nod off it is very powerful.

ok everybody, NOW we know there wont be heroin shortage any time soon. there are evdience coming from IRAN and TAJIIKISTAN that there are still large quantites of heroin and opiums allong with crystal meth being trafficking out of afghanistan and into IRAN and TAJIIKISTAN and its neighbour countries.

for example in febuary 2024, 3 tonnes of heroin was seized in IRAN meant for western europe, and in TAJIIKISTAN, there was 5 tonnes of opium seized there in may 2024 and they knows this was for EU and uk.

In a collaborative study, Dr Mansfield and Alcis used high-resolution satellite imagery and livelihood analysis to gain insight into how much opium and heroin may be stored in Afghanistan. They discovered that there are still at least 13,717 metric tons of opium in the former desert areas of the country, which is the equivalent of 283 kilograms per household. With a value of $717 per kilogram in March 2024, this equates to a total of $203k per household.



this articles is even better and great news for us BECAUSE The secretary general of IRAN drug control headquater, his name is ESKANDAR MOMENI said there is NO notable decline in heroin/opium trafficking from afghanistan to his country, he was speaking on 1st june so that not long ago. he even had clashed with united union, demanding them to do something about heroin trafficking out of afghanistan but this fell on deaf. he even said the trafficking has gotten worse as it ship so much quanities than before.


In spite of reports of adulterated heroin, Britain’s dealers are still accessing a ready supply. The import level price of heroin has barely risen 20 per cent since the Taliban announced its drug prohibition with most UK traffickers paying between £20k to £25k for an uncut kilo, the Independent Drug Expert Alliance reports.


SO why are we seeing nitazenes everywhere in UK? because our dealers didnt give A FUCK OR they just werent aware that heroin business is still ongoin as usual?

they sell it to middle and lower retails drug dealers who in turn cut it with nitazenes. its everywhere mate,
SERIOUSLY, take a look at county lines? most of them are the 1 who cut the nitazenes.. UNFORTUNELY, rumours has it there are uk vendors, really well known uk vendors hav started cutted heroin with nitazenes as well, because the uk vendors said the reason why they do this is they want addict to become addict to them and get sick faster so they come back to buy more!
IF anything, uk dealers especialy heroin hav changed alots big time.. THINK about it, soon or later, drug cartel in uk will start to cut nitazenes or fent if they feel missing out on big profit! then they will...
remember what happened in america.? when middle and low level drugs dealers started cutting heroin with fentanyl and they hav made so much money in 2007, what happened next? the big cartel saw the profit on fentanyl and realised they are missing out on that.. SO they decide to cut fentanyl with heroin, nd they hav told middle and low retails dealers that thre is no need for them to cut with fent because the cartel hav already done that BUT the middle level drugs dealers ignored them, and they went ahead and cut more fentanyl into heroin, this is why this killed so many users in america lol. unfortunley soon or later this will happen in UK, if peiope dont hav the gut to tell the dealers to just FUCKING STOP CUT WITH THAT SHIT! but..... only time will tell.
