i think they dropped the charges on the case because he is back in the joint on a parole violation. you get violated just for getting arrested.

could be wrong though.

T.I. isn't in jail YET. and yes his charges got dropped BY CALIFORNIA, however the FEDS arent going to let him go so he has to report back to AR prison in a few weeks.

read below: T.I. has to squash out his time which is 11 months due to his parole violation.
