Glad I'm not on subsidies or work in a place that supports the people who are most vulnerable as I had been doing for the past 15 years...

This is America we find a way around -- Im sure I can find a way to make it beneficial to them for me to be on somebodies books whether I really show up or not. (Can say you paying one more employee; tax deductions?) When the system is broken make a new one.

He's saying he can revoke Zohran Mamdani's citizenship because he disagrees with his politics. Melanoma is a naturalized citizen and I disagree with her politics strongly.

Melanoma also did not become a citizen until a few months after Barron's birth. Ivanka had all three of her children before she was a citizen. TBH all of the kids would still qualify if birthright citizenship was ended since one parent was a citizen, but still.

the bill is an absolute disgrace and i hope it comes back to bite them as it should.

obviously there is a lot of analysis right now but an emerging trend is that a lot of commentators agree that states like kentucky, louisiana, west virginia, and alaska will be hit hardest. trump won all 4 states in the 2024 election.

i get that lisa murkowski is doing what she thinks is best for her constituents. rand paul described her vote as “a bailout for alaska at the expense of the rest of the country.”. she knew the bill sucked but she agreed to vote yes in return for concessions for alaska. she said "my hope is that the House is gonna look at this and recognize that we're not there yet,". that is such a cop out. she voted for it.

She seems to be the only one going through with prosecuting him despite his endless stall tactics ---- character assassination--- flat threats of being doxxed swatted -- killed like those two in MN --- arrested for some random arse reason. She is a badass

^ I lost my Medicaid and I do in fact take care of an elderly family member but we would prefer that to be off paper and Medicaid isn't a good enough reason for me to file into the system. Uff Lisa Murkowsi and any of them that pandered at all to their constituents about pretending to listen than signed this.... I prefer genuine lack of concern to disingenious empathy

They signed and passed the "Fuck the poor continue to boost the rich bill" --- Also make ICE the largest funded LEO agency, AI can't be touched for 10 yrs, Medicaid slashed and the deficit up by trillions. Whether that is good or not you can decide

"Life" means about 20 in America from what I understand unless there is a no parole clause
