"The federal reserve is a corrupt institution" - not antisemitic, worthy of debate and many people would agree

"The federal reserve is a corrupt institution because it's run by Jews" - antisemitic, unworthy of debate because it undermines the topic into talking about Jews and not the federal reserve

Get it? It's really not that complicated, you are imply the answer to why the reserve is corrupt in the statement itself: Jews. This is antisemitic and not "debate", it's vitriolic ranting.
