I got the shots reluctantly because of work.
I think that most people got them due to various social pressures but are unwilling to admit this, instead rationalizing. Ironically this can only worsen cognitive dissonance. It's better to know what you've compromised than to make it your identity.
To summarize big pharma and the whole vaccine push as just "people smarter than me" is deeply naïve. A healthy suspicion must be maintained.
True I got them to protect older family members, and friends who have compromised immune systems. None of us ever had COVID. I don't know if it was the vaccines-I took 2 my relatives took 2 or 3, masks, washing our hands after being out in public, not going into super large crowds, social distancing and staying away from people who were sick, or all of this?
The odd part is that people I know who took 5-6 covid vaccines became sick. I know the one friend said how he figured taking the vaccine gives immediate instant immunity when it takes a week or so, but after getting vaxxxed he stopped wearing masks, and went to Los Angeles for the weekend to restaurants, bars, large events, etc. and became sick but because of the vaccine did not get deathly ill, need to go to hospital, and said it was like a mild cold for 2 days.
I was told this by a friend who is a doctor, I trust her more than random blogs, claims on twitter/x, YouTube/tiktok videos, etc.
According to statistics you are 5 times more likely to develop a blood clot from COVID infection than from the COVID vaccine. And you are 8 times more likely to develop myocarditis from COVID infection than getting the super rare side effects of myocarditis from the COVID vaccine. This doctor told me how myocarditis is easily controlled by taking meds temporarily, and how if someone has myocarditis it is extremely easy for them to tell this.
I wrote this before but this friend has cancer that is in remission and the chemo had taken away any immunity the vaccines gave her so she had to get them again as well as the boosts not just once or twice but a lot, and she is still alive, the cancer is in remission, not "reactivated" like people here claim happens. Her grandchildren got vacxxed and boosted at 5 and 7 and are fine. They got covid not from the vaccines but from going to school and traveling.
Another friend has had HIV since 1984, and taken all of the meds. He got vaxxxed for covid, never had AIDS or covid, and is otherwise healthy. He isn't the only person I know who has HIV who took the vaccines, the others did it to stay healthy and not die from covid, the meds give them a basically normal life with the side effects but they know it is in their best interest to stay otherwise healthy, not get sick with anything, and to take flu vaccines as well.
So there goes the garbage 'VAIDS', slow death, and 'The vaxxx causes cancer!' theories. If these were true you would have seen countries where a lot of the population is HIV+ or has AIDS, but were vaccinated for covid dying in super high rates.
