A certain percentage of the population will be gay simply as a result of natural biological variation. And I think a lot of older people here have forgotten just how hostile the public school system is towards anyone that shows even the smallest sign of possibly even wondering if they might be gay. I haven't. While not quite eidetic, I do remember my quite hellish school years quite well. And if it were possible to "recruit" or "groom" someone into a specific sexuality, there would be no LGBT people at all, anywhere. Because the pressure to be cishet... enforced by the other students, the teachers, the administration, the parents... is overwhelming to the point of being psychologically damaging.

You fail to understand that this "pride" movement + pushing the ideology onto everyone is turning more people against you, as opposed to being more sympathetic or understanding.

Also LGBTQ people are genociding themselves by the nature of not being able to reproduce. The only other way is by going after children at a young age (which is what some people suspect they're doing under the guise of "education/tolerance").

You can't groom kids to become gay, but you can groom them to get "gender affirming care" by confusing them about who they are at a young age so that they irreparably harm their bodies. That's what I'm fighting against. Even if you could temporarily confuse a kid by making them think they're gay, their natural sex drive will correct it later and there will have been no physical damage done to their body.

You also need to stop conflating LGB and T. They are not the same thing whatsoever. LGB is sexual orientation. T is gender identity. Until recently, it was rare to be T, but now kids everywhere are identifying with that because they've been confused/groomed by the public education system in leftist areas.

There is no "pressure to be cishet." The majority of people are cishet, by default. Trans is normally super rare. Even gay is not common, like 1 in 10.

Children should be taught the basic facts, like these people exist and they deserve dignity. We should not be confusing children about who they are by asking them what their pronouns are. Gender is not an ideology. People identify with their birth sex by default unless they have rare gender dysphoria.

When people ask me for my pronouns, I tell them that I have no special requests. I won't play this game where we all have to act like you can't tell that I'm a man by looking at me. It's gaslighting and forcing people to ignore their natural instincts. I'm not a "cis" man. I'm a man. I don't "identify" as a gay man. I am a gay man. I won't play these ideology games.

I dunno if you should though. Many decent people question gender ideology, not out of hate or intolerance, but out of genuine concern about where this has come from and where it may be headed. It shouldn't be that, to be a good person, one must accept antiscience, far left ideology. If that is true, there are many "bad" people here but if its not, we're now just hashing out a small difference of opinion. I think it can be the latter. Humanity is doing fine.

I hear stories too often of females who transitioned for a couple reasons

because they were tom boys
because they were butch lesbians
because they hated what being a woman was ,how women were treated in society, the expectations of beauty, and the unfairness of what aging meant being a woman compared to a man, and thought all this discomfort with the reality of being a woman was gender dysphoria, it’s just the reality of being a woman
the girl was sexually assaulted and felt like the thing that made her at risk was her inherent femaleness and by getting rid of it she could become safe

if there wasn’t this culture of affirmation or affirmative care a therapist would have weeded out these things but now the safeguards that used to be in place to make sure that no one transitioned that would have regrets have been taken away

the drug lupron chemically castrates the children who take it so if a parent has internalized homophobia and sees their gender non conforming child and thinks that their usually normal behavior is a sign of them being trans they can destroy that child’s physical, mental, and sexual health before the child is ever old enough to get a permit to drive

I was a tomboy with short hair who payed with tonka trucks, ran around in the woods, never played with my elaborate toy kitchen or pushed my baby dolls in strollers much to my parents dismay. I also ripped the heads off my Barbie dolls when playing with other kids because I didn’t have the patience to dress them tediously sticking their arms and legs through the tiny clothes was so time consuming and boring.

I would have absolutely believed that I was trans or nonbinary and wanted to get rid of my breasts and I think I would have regretted too because even though I don’t often wear makeup during the day I do love getting dressed up and made up to go out somewhere nice, makeup, heels and everything but mot every day; Hell no! I basically like to kick it in boys clothes if I’m not working tee shit cut off shorts or boxers converse or flip flops and a baseball cap.

I'm on my phone right now and thumb typing this but when I am on a PC I'll give your comments the due critical analysis it's worthy of.

My main issue with "Trans" people and why I think it's all Ego and possible mental illness is this.....

I was always GLAD by luck or "grace of God" I had a working body, I have all my arms, legs, eyes etc so I am Blessed beyond belief. When you have a fine working body but in your mind you think you're another Gender it seems totally bizarre to me.
