Since EMP is electromagnetic radiation traveling at the speed of light, all of the area could possibly be effected almost simultaneously. All communications, television, radio, cars, trucks, planes, etc would be effected resulting in an Electronic blanket where all electronics could be neutralized including the knowledge of the Nuclear attack. The U.S. Air Force hit Iraqi TV with a electromagetic pulse device during the Iraqi war in order to knock it off the air.

Within a week of the blast, although no one would be instantly killed, the disruption of food and water supplies and health care caused by the shutdown of transportation, computers, networks, electronic equipment, and communication systems would have serious consequences for millions of people. There are many types of nukes, will a nuke be used , maybe, will a ABoMb be used, highly doubtful…for example the A Bomb was equivalent to around 20,000tons of TNT, and the W54 is around 20tons, still a big fucking boom but not what most people think when they hear nuke

True the EU and USA leaders and politicians and health officials completely ignored the COVID lockdowns/shelter at home mandates, and instead traveled, had large parties, and life was basically not that restricted for them. This also includes celebrities I remember when all of Italy was locked down in quarantine and travel to Italy was restricted and there were some restrictions for travel between provinces, but pop star lady gaga was freely traveling to Italy and traveling through various provinces, as were the actors in the film.

Meanwhile, all of Milan was facing another severe lockdown. So it's fine to be filming? How is that an essential service? They have been moving all around the country; arriving from outside of Italy, and Italians are stuck at home not able to go anywhere.

It's a real possibility that we'll see a nuclear false flag from the west if Putin doesn't take the bait:

I believe the Nordstream sabotage was using micro nuclear devices. It was done in an attempt to goad Putin into using nuclear devices visibly so they can turn around and go "Ha! You see! Evil!", then escalate the conflict.

Two explosions, estimated at 500kg of high explosive each, measuring 2+ on the richter scale. Now we find out that 50m of the pipe is completely destroyed and the seabed disturbed as well, and Sweden is refusing to release any information on "national security". They've been told why they can't say anything. If the public became aware that these devices exist and have been used then it opens up the discussion about whether they have been used before.

That's 1 ton of explosives at 90m depth. There's no way drones are doing that without being noticed, or divers planting it manually. The military would not do that because it's an overt declaration of war, and covertly you'd need a big team to do it which would be noticed too. The damage is substantial too as noted above. However, two micro devices is achievable by one sub and diving team - personally I'd bet money it was Israel on the behest of the USA, as they have subs and the weapon tech.

There's several well known explosive events that have used this technology in my estimation. The most controversial.. three devices at WTC in 2001. The seismic magnitude are identical.. 2.1 and 2.3 respectively for each tower/nord stream blast.

I was thinking that if the NATO does anything against russian new territory in Ukraine then it woul be a great counterattack to bomb Europe (Germany, for example) with some EMP thing, instead of going with tactical nukes against troops or economic objectives. Or well, who knows if they can bomb USA, no idea about that.

Except that the nuclear weapons of the West are globally dispersed, and if Russia nukes western Europe, the boomers and nukes in America strike Russia.

Honestly I'd be surprised if more than a fraction of British jets were actually serviceable at any moment given the way our last few governments have cut funding and the horrendous corruption and incompetence within the MOD.
