Mass Shootings and Gun Debate 2018 Thread

It?s just sheer ignorance by the statists that can?t put together state death squads and more incentive for the state to take guns then protecting anyone else. There was a bomb that went off last week at a school and almost no media coverage.
 
Admits he went to interview kids there. Not a school surivior. And people who don?t support the states agenda as some students are pro gun where not allowed to be on media
 
Looks like you’re right alasdair ^ I saw that clip from cbs but it was lacking context. Though Hogg hasn’t done himself any favors, with regards to all of this. As far as I can tell is he was talking about getting in his bike to go back to the school as there were still a bunch media folks up there into the night.
 
That?s exactly the point I?m trying to make is as a supposed student why wasn?t he at school in the first place because he?s supposed to be at school at the time. And the school shooters dad is an FBI informant, the FBI was informed 3 Time about the kid. 48 times by local police. Why do we want more government when government literally failed at every end to stop a school shooter it?s looney toons dude

And why is Facebook an YouTube literally censoring everything that calls it into question? And why aren?t the Las Vegas shooting victims being put on pedastool? Is it because they are more likely pro gun? We are so far left on the political spectrum that we don?t have free speech anymore that are access to information is being heavily censored. I should be able to post and say whatever I want without censorship
 
Meh you will burn yourself out with all of the conspirators stuff imo. The kid is a type A personality and his mom was the head hauncho of CNN for years, so naturally he wants to follow in her foot steps, he’s said so much iirc. I am enjoying all of the memes that are coming from him and globlina.
 
^ hey this is good. The best issue to be at the forefront before 2018. All my friends that lean left get spooked by the left/msm/establishments push to get folks guns. A good friend was ready to vote for Her, till I kept reminding him about the threat to the second amendment. The news might jump up and down and say “the people” want semi autos banned, but that’s a complete fabrication, it’s a losing issue for them. So I love all of this propaganda and parading of shilldren. Still laughing at Rosanne getting 20 million watching a pro trump sitcom reboot, and lapping it up.
 
All of that propaganda is pure cancer from npr to the WAPO. Fox and brietbart wears me out tbh, I only like Tucker and Kennedy. On the left I like to watch real time with Bill Maher, he at least red pills the left on Islam. I’m telling you though, with all of the liberals you talk to that lean pro constitution in respect to guns, bring this topic up and push it hard. We need this for 2018 so we can get more pro MAGA folks in Washington.
 
Yeah the Left's efforts is going to have the opposite effect. Conservatives are generally lazy to vote but threaten to take away guns and then watch how many show up to the polls.

If you mean take away as in "turn them in or else!" never really. If you mean take away as in "no more new ones". Still a few decades federally. There have been some attempts but nothing successful. But not letting you have new ones is still something the pro gun side would like very much to prevent given how much it raises cost.
 
The Left wants to ban "assault rifles" which would mean forcibly confiscating guns from tens of millions of people using some arbitrary definition as to which guns they can take.
 
Yup. The left wants to get rid of assault rifles. So? Is there any purpose for an assault rifle other than to murder as many people as possible in the least amount of time? Do assault rifles make anyone smarter, richer, more enlightened, better or more engaged civilians in social or political affairs. Nope. Assault rifles are only meant to kill...and WHY again is it that Americans have the right...a constitutionally protected right to kill? Doesn't anyone see anything wrong with that? I always wish I could take Americans to other nations where you don't have to worry about getting shot in a Wal-Mart, a school, a church, or when being pulled over...just so people might realize that there are safer and more effective ways to protect yourself and police your community rather than arming yourself to the teeth. I don't see left or right to be honest...at the end of the day all I see is a public safety issue. It's sad that people defend their weapons more than each other.

People who think allowing random Joe's access to assault rifles or who don't think gun regs are exactly working as they should are the ones who want to change things.

Which includes some incredibly right-wing US relatives of mine.
 
lol. Was your beef with the words, "The left"? I believe I was discussing a need for unity over public safety. I think I mentioned not seeing left or right. Whatevs, to each their own. Maybe I misunderstood. Anyway...
 
U guys are all wrong. The 2nd amendment is there for us to fight our own army if it becomes tyrannical. I don?t just want an assault rifle I want a rail gun. I want an m60.

It?s not if the army comes at us anymore, it?s when.

The state couldn?t win against a bunch of Vietnam rice farmers with outdated AKs doesn?t matter if ur a statist ?pro gun? or ?gun grabber?

We won?t win a war with pistols against the US army. Give me bump stocks, give me assault rifles, and let the state burn in its monstrosity of theft
