Hell yeah. A Vaporgenie was my first vape too. :) Vaping herb does indeed taste a million times better than smoking it. If you aren't already using a torch lighter, I highly recommend it. For some reason the vapor is a lot cooler and smoother when you're using a jet.

my first was the arizer solo, which is probably better for me since it's easier to use. i just have it back home. i wanna get the glass sherlock mannn

I've been fucking with grape stomper, bomb medical weed. Throw some kief and/or JWH-018 on top and get high like I'm a star.

(Off topic: mix in my daily painkillers and 3-4 day a week amphetamine use and once a week shrooms/LSD plus my local bar hitting shots Friday and Saturday and I'm on my level)

If I were going to buy a new portable, non-electric vape, I would totally get a DynaVap. I almost bought one for home use instead of the log vape I have now. This is the cheapest, most basic model, but they have some fancier wooden or titanium models if you want to drop some dough:

 
^That thing looks dope; it doesn't look much different from the concept of a one-hitter though, even the storage box/case looks the same, with some added features. Might pick one up though actually 8o

I had the pleasure of trying some Grape Stomper recently and thought it was grrreat. Now I have some Cherry Pie which is decent.

Wish I could find a dispensary with some strains high in THC-V. I think Willie Nelson and Durban Poison are the top two for THC-V.

Edit: Also what is up with none of these shops carrying just standard hash? Every shop has a million different oil choices but very rarely will I see hash.

They're not rehearsed but they do typically use (some-mostly depending on who's performing) written material.

It for sure wasn't a freestyle-type of deal.



[EDIT: Wrote that right before I went into work so it was kind of short. There's all types of rap battles, man, and a whole hell of a lot of them these days don't involve much freestyle. Punchlines come prepared and re-worded in response to an opponent, and occasionally the average battle rapper'll come up with something right off the top that fits with his pre-prepared shit, but most of the time these guys go into the event already knowing what they're about to say-- which is why they can pause mid-bar, tell the crowd to chill, and the start the bar over again with the exact same wording.


Freestyle battles are awesome when you have two people that can actually freestyle well, but those are few and far between these days when you compare it to how many people like to pretend their written shit was actually a freestyle simply because they remembered it all and didn't have to read it off a pad.


Even most of those Sway in the Morning 5 Fingers of Death freestyles are normally already-written material from multiple songs just thrown together to flow with the different beats they get hit with. Don't get me wrong, that still takes talent-- but it's a completely different class of talent compared to the type of shit Eminem comes up with (I really can't think of any off-the-dome freestyler that even comes close... Maybe Eyedea, but oxycodone took that man from us so I'll respectfully just let the legend rest in peace)

I used to hate on that pre-written shit, but nowadays I'm pretty much cool with anything that sounds nice. I don't care if it was written or off-the-top-- I just care that people are honest about it and whether it sounds good.




That compliment battle was just too god damn funny, though. ^_^

Makes sense. It reminds me of people hating on musical artists that sample beats and melodies from other recordings. As long as they come up with something original and fun, who cares whether or not they produced everything from scratch?

it's time for an official t-break :).

my first in a long time. i'm going to attempt 2 weeks without smoking. starting monday.

i may vaporize a bit on the weekends if i really feel but i need this.

otherwise i just finished up some hash oil i got over the weekend. definitely need some more of that for psychedelic trips.

i'll try post a pic of it. it was some fire.
 
Vaporizing a bit on the weekends always turns into a full blown habit again man. As someone who has never gotten sober for more than a three week period in the past 6 years, I can tell you it's unsustainable for a true pothead.

I am a pothead, and while I readily admit it, it sucks. I sometimes think, "What all could I do with my time if i was sober? How many artistic and productive endevours would I pursue?"

I'm contemplating a true break to try and realize again what sobriety is, but my mind fights so strongly against it. There are things I know I will do more of that I'm certain will bring benefits to my life, but cannabis also brings benefits. So really, a mixture of the two would be best, but moderation is key; a key that is a needle in a hay stack.
 
The only oil I currently have is some CBD shatter, so my tolerance has gotten really low by mainly using flower. Often times I can't be fucked to finish a bowl, which is something that hasn't happened to me in years. I'm also dreaming more which is something I've missed a lot.

I plan on continuing to reduce my usage until I can get to a point to stop for a significant amount of time without feeling too much withdrawal. Since most of the withdrawal is psychological for me, I truly have no idea how long this might take. If my DOC was anything else I would for sure be dead by now.
