^ hah blue you put into perspective pretty good. Trying to get someone on maintenance is a lot easier and is a step in the right direction.

I don't want you all thinking I'm a cynical douche. Bupe/done can give someone an idea of what life without chasing drugs and getting high every day is like and thats something that I (and many of you) can say from personal experience.
 
I don't expect the 5 seconds I take out of my day to make much of an impression on Tomatalli. I just think methadone is an excellent substitute for heroin and is very satisfying. Most people have a negative perception of methadone and don't know what it is actually like. I also believe the 5 seconds spent plugging a positive life changing drug is better spent than the 5 seconds I used to bullshit about the fleeting high and quality of the heroin I purchased. I honestly think that Tomatalli would be very happy and on his way to a new life if he tried methadone. I said VERY HAPPY. I think you would be pleasantly surprised Tomatalli.

As said earlier, I hate to go against the grain but I think weve said all we can to Toma, and anything further is just a regurgitation of something hes already heard. We all need to remember how hard headed we were back when we were in the depths of our addiction, many of us were reckless and stealin and peelin (not saying toma does this) and wouldnt even listen to our own family-what makes you think this guy is going to listen to a bunch of well meaning strangers? Sure we may have more leverage because weve actually experienced it, but we all know any decision he makes will be on his own accord. Sure we would anything to keep another from experiencing the hell we went thru, but I think weve said all we can and its now falling on deaf ears.
 
^As long as Tomatilli comes on here everyday bitching about being a dopefiend, I'm gonna continue to answer his questions truthfully...not everyday, but enough that maybe something triggers him to make one good decision some day...

Yeah that is pretty much true. I mean the whole thread doesn't need to be focused on the goal of stopping 1 person - who already does a lot of dope nasally and also smokes (or at least I believe he has mentioned he did in past posts) crack - from shooting it or from digging a deeper hole.

Yeah I know Tomtal's not gonna listen.. I sure as fuck never did back then. Matter of fact, hearing all the dope fiends preaching to me just pissed me off, sounded hypocritical, and made me wanna go out and use even more. Hah.

So, do what you're gonna do homie. Just be safe.

I hate when people say "yeah this dope is good" and then when I try it its mediocre at best, I feel like toma is one of those people lol

How am I taking the holier than thou stance I don't put myself above anyone....I usually put myself below most people lol

I'm not gonna do that anymore , I just thought I could speak my mind here when I'm going thro an extra rough time cus of other things and the smallest little things make me extremely angry. That's all
 
no hate at all man. My original post I said straight up that you seem like a cool dude but your not gonna quit till your ready and I agreed that encouraging getting on some type of maintenance is a step in the right direction.

I just know what it's like to have people telling you the benefits of being clean and you take it in, but on the inside you know when your money is right your going to see the dope man.

And you gotta admit the last 2 pages have been mostly about you and I guess I've contributed to it myself so that's why I joked about calling it the tomatalli thread. I know you didn't ask for everyones input (but that's what you subject yourself to when you post) so truthfully my bad if that offended you.
