^Some of 'em may feel a little bit bad on occasion if they see someone getting really fucked up, but you're the one ruining your life...better someone you can trust who's not out to rip you off gets your money...If they stop dealing, you'll just go somewhere else...

With the methadone? Yeah, of course I used before I got stable. They expect you to. It took me a week or two until I got up to a high enough dose and leveled out. But before that, I was still getting sick so of course I supplemented with dope. Then once I got right with the methadone, I didn't need to anymore. Not like I'd get high now anyway even if I tried with the 'done blocking the dope, but the important thing is that I don't have an urge to.
 
^Yeah man, when you're at the point you've reached with dope, you're better off taking whatever it takes to stabilize and kill craving...It's the people who are picking up a habit 10x worse than where they were to start with that should think twice...and even then, if you're going downhill and getting in serious trouble, the methadone will save your ass...I personally just hate to end up on a high dose of it if I don't have to...
 
Ok I worded it wrong, I should've said do you think they care that they help in getting the product to you knowing what it does to people? I know I'm the one doing it to myself. I don't know I think i would feel bad. I've been lucky enough to have a few really good dealers that don't treat me like shit and always help me when I'm sick or throw me extra shit just cus.
 
^^ Welder, what's your dose at currently and where does it have to be for you do be satisfied?

I got my MA state tax refund today and the federal comes on Thursday so I went ahead and copped a few bags. I was really happy with the quality of the product as well as how fast my dude came through with the delivery. Not to mention the weather was shitty causing the roads to be what I assume were a complete shit show.

Gonna place a nice sized order of etizest tomorrow cause I haven't fucked with any benzos for almost a month and I'm hoping they will help me limit the amount of dope I buy by making me satisfied with my subs and the eigth of really nice bud I'm grabbing tomorrow.

I'm assuming that plan of etizs helping me keep my dope use at a minimum is going to go just how I plan or do the complete opposite and make me not give a shit about blowing cash on dope. I don't really see a happy medium in the picture, but who knows...
 
^ I'm at 60 now in the past right around 100 kept me good. I'm just impatient and feel the clinic ain't listening to me. But I understand they have a protocol to follow and they can't call my old clinic because they went out of business years ago. So I will just ask every 3 days for my increase untill I'm good.

They must have had a lot of people od in the past because they keep giving me 5mg at a time
 
I have this shit right now that burns so good up the nose, only need 8-9 bags to get fucked up opposed to 10-12 bags

Maybe one day. I have a couple fat viens that are popping out right now. Last time I tried it was insanely cold in the room I was at and my viens went hide
 
Yeah, I've had people do that. This one Dominican guy I used to see years ago, he was a delivery type dealer so he'd drive around all day and meet you where ever, fucking guy always had his little girl with him. Cut little kid too, braided hair, little glitter on her face and shit.

She'd be in the backseat drawing or something, and he'd be all non-chalante handing me dope, talking about all this shit, asking me to do a job for him, whatever, all with his kid right there.

They probably don't care much. Its like asking if alcohol and tobacco companies care about this. And that is on a much larger scale in terms of the number of people who end up hurt by their products. Do they care, no, they are just concerned about their bottom line.

The nurse says to me this morning" Hey Welderman the last increase looks like it helped you actually look good this morning" and I answered it helped but I used dope about 6 hours ago after 2 days I feel like crawling out of my skin or taking a bunch of xanax(I have a rx for) but I just used instead. " she said well that's good your not using as much as you were in another week or so you won't need to use at all.
It was a good morning and the staff actually appear to care there. It was nice.
