Is it possible to cut 1g in 10 pieces of 100mg?

I would end up with 10 capsules of 100mg?

Should I crush the crystal or powder before filling in the empty capsules? Or should I just put the 100mg part inside without crushing except if it's too big?

Do you have any other advice?
